Vinyl Pro did a great job with replacing all of our exterior windows and doors. Tisha was great to deal with and provided more creative options that suited our needs. Two other competitors did not come close to the options Vinyl Pro offered. To help in the design process, Tisha was well prepared with hundreds of photos of past jobs, which we found valuable in selecting our windows - everyone else only showed the brochures with the standard window configurations. I have worked building houses in the past and installed many windows and found Vinyl Pros windows to be of very high quality. We would recommend Vinyl Pro to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

I love these windows! They are easy to clean (especially those that rotate and those with mini-blinds between the panes of glass. My fuel bills have gone down considerably, and the windows let in less outside noise than the old ones did.
From the first consultation and estimate, the entire process was handled professionally. Jeremy was prompt, quick, and had sent me an emailed estimate before he left my house. Not having replaced windows before, I did some shopping around and had other companies tell me there must be something wrong with the quality of the windows if they were sold at the price I had been quoted. So I did more checking and found that the quality was often better, but the price was much lower. Whenever friends see the windows and ask how much I paid, they are often a little upset if they have just purchased windows themselves.
The installation was done in January (my bad timing) but the installers were quick and efficient and we hardly felt the cold.
I am always recommending Vinyl-Pro to my friends who are thinking about replacing windows. My brother, who owns a construction company in Ontario, is even looking into getting his own windows done by them.
With the product, the service, and the warranty, I don't think you can go wrong!

We needed our front door replaced as it was no longer keeping out the cold weather. At the time we also had problems with our back windows. So we replaced the front door and back windows. Then the next year we replaced the back door.

This year we plan to do the front Bay window and the upstairs bedrooms.

Tisha (our salesguy) helped us throughout the process. When costs were more than we could manage in a given year, we were able to do a few things then carry on later.
