Paul was fantastic. Went out of his way to ensure the job was completed correctly. Would definitely recommend to any prospective customers. The service was as described and we were very happy with the job.

Paul and his team were amazing and professional from start to finish. We now LOVE our backyard all thanks him. The years of experience that Paul has under his belt shows with the level of craftsmanship he brought to the job. Complete did a very professional job, excellent communication with attention to detail and safety. Paul's presence on a daily basis kept the job on track. Excellent service when a backwash was required a we were out of town.

Hot tub wasn't working and shorting out the breaker. Paul came out ( on a cold rainy day) and replaced the heater. Its working great now and just in time for the sub-zero weather. I was worried about the pipes freezing.

After contacting multiple hot tub repair companies to fix my hot tub, Paul was the only person that came to look at it, and fixed it. He did the repairs as promised, and didn't over charge me on anything, and he didn't do any repairs that weren't necessary. I would recommend Paul and his team to other people.

Paul Swirski came to see me. He said to pay $95.00 when he comes and he will deduct it from the price of the job. He never came back or called me. Do not trust Complete Spa and Pool. I was a fool to trust him and I wish no body else to get ripped off.

Paul and his team did an excellent job on opening our pool -- I could not be home for the opening -- Paul and his team came onto the property and opened the pool without a hitch. They left the cover and other pool equipment neatly to the side, and they cleaned up around the pool deck before leaving. I have no reservations in recommending Paul and his team to anyone seeking pool and hot tub service.

Paul responded very quickly, he not only accessed the problem correctly, he found an additional issue that i was aware needed repair but I hadn't mentioned to him, indicating that he did a through assessment. I am very happy with his service and will Paul again in the future.

We called Paul at Complete Spa and Pool on one of those -20C days in February. He came out and not only diagnosed the problem but made the repair so our tub wouldn't freeze. Paul diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly and efficiently!

We had Paul from Complete Spa and Pool in to fix our jacuzzi. After confirming that we still wanted him to come over (there was a snowstorm), Paul let us know the weather would make him a little late. He showed up, troubleshot the issue and solved the problem. Much appreciated!
