The owner of this company is a stellar guy, he took the time out of his busy schedule to help my girlfriend and I choose the type of paint/plan the painting/measure the room/build a quote. The painters who attended were very professional, well dressed, well kept and so quiet you wouldn't know they were there. The finished product looks amazing, clean cut lines no dripping or un even spread of paint. I can't say enough good things about this company and its workers. They even conformed to our tight schedule for move in times to squeeze us in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to paint their home and wanting quality affordable service.

Wanted to have my dark kitchen cabinet painted white. The service received was remarkable and in a timely matter. The staff was very professional and the service was great. My cabinets and staircase look like they were just installed by the builder. The staff took their time to make sure that the customers needs were met. Any little touch up was made on the spot. They cleaned up after their work each day. I was in the midst of a kitchen renovation which involved creating an open concept. After the wall went down, I noticed the ugly popcorn ceilings in my living and dining room. I went online and did a search for the best painters in the Burlington, Ontario area and came up with Platinum Pro Painters. I spent a lot of time going through the reviews and noticed how many customers were very happy with the job they did in removing their popcorn ceilings so I quickly contacted them for an estimate. Todd advised that the whole process would take about two days. They showed up when promised, took their time to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction, they were professional, courteous and above all, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. My husband and I were looking to get our tall staircase painted so we hired Platinum Pro Painters Inc. owned by Todd Lacroix. I text Todd directly with photos and the dimensions of our staircase and he replied promptly with a quote.
Todd was very quick and responsive from getting a quote to getting the job done!
Brent (one of his crew) was punctual, very fast, professional and he did a fantastic job!!
The staircase looks great!!
Todd also fixed a hole in our drywall even though we asked him at the last minute.
I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Platinum Pro Painters Inc and would for surely call them again if we need more work done!!
