From start to finish my experience was very positive. Todd, Ashley, and Mike were all a pleasure to deal with.

I felt very comfortable dealing with Todd, he was always available to answer any questions, day or night, extremely polite, organized, and professional.

I really appreciated how Ashley and Mike treated my home with respect. They were both very meticulous, punctual, extremely tidy, and payed close attention to the little details.

The quality of Mike's work is outstanding, my kitchen cabinets look brand new and I am beyond thrilled with the results.

Amazing! From the initial consultation to the end! Todd delivered on every promise, excellent communication throughout, answered texts and calls anytime. Exceeded my expectations and then some. Highly recommend these guys. Pricing was middle of three quotes I received but it was Todd's passion and enthusiasm that won us over. He was genuinely interested, gave us some great tips and shared images of his own home! And delivered by Christmas!!

I contacted Todd regarding a painting project that I needed to be completed in a very tight timeframe. Todd was very helpful and professional and the team who completed the work were awesome. The job was completed on time as promised and we are very happy with the results.

This was not the cheapest quote I received, but I believe that you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

Service was very fast and efficient, as the job was finished in 1 day. Todd was extremely accommodating to my needs, especially since it was during a busy time around the holiday season. The paint job was great and the workers were very professional. Overall, I would rate the service a 10/10!!

If you're painting a home, I'll tell you this company is a must use, they are so professional and they care about the work so much, they even go above and beyond just getting the job done, they get the job done to PERFECTION!.

I could not be happier with the way my house turned out. I'm so glad I found this company that is full of people that care about how the paint turned out and not just that the job was finished.

Out of the 3 painters we contacted, one never responded and one responded a day later with more questions. Then there was Todd with Platinum Pro Painters. He responded the same day with an actual quote and an outline of the process, what kinds of paint they use and how they go about the job. He was available on the phone at any time of the day/night before we decided to go with him and he continued to be available throughout the process.

The paint job itself was great. The painters were professional, curteous and accomodating and went above and beyond when needed (walls needed more primer than originally planned) at no extra cost.

Often times due to a lack of time I've had to make uncomfortable decisions in who I hire to do certain jobs, but my experience with Platinum Pro Painters is exactly the kind that you hope for. They were professional, curteous and the job was done skillfully. Stop searching and give Todd a call.

We purchased a house in Burlington and initially had them come in to paint a few rooms - Ashley was so professional and efficient that we ended up having her paint almost the entire place. It was effortless on our part from the quote to the clean up. The house is now OUR home thanks to the ProPainters team. We couldn't be happier. Recommended and we will use them again.

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen four years ago and unfortunately the contractor used a sub-standard finish on all of the woodwork and it needed to be resurfaced.
We contacted several firms to get quotes on refinishing the cabinets. The owner of Platinum Pro Painters, Todd, returned our first call within 2 hours and made arrangements to come out and give us a quote, based on our earliest availability, which in this case was the next day.
He quoted us a very fair price, which included painting the entire kitchen, and laid out the time lines for the work to be done. He also made arrangements for an interior designer to come out and helps us with proper colour selections.
The work has just been completed, ahead of schedule, and we couldn’t be happier. It has been a first class experience from that first call. His designer, Anne, helped us make colour selections that we would never have made on our own.
The set up crew was courteous, methodical and efficient going out of their way to explain what they were doing and what we should expect over the next few days.
Mike, his painter, was amazing. Polite and openly friendly. Took the time to explain his steps and time lines on completion.
I have been self-employed in the service industry for over 26 years and I appreciate good customer service when I hire a company to do work in our home. Todd and his team at Platinum Pro fully embrace the concept of top level customer service and combine that with top quality workmanship.

Coming to the end of a long and frustrating main floor renovation of our 100+ year old home, I contacted Todd at Platinum Pro for a quote on painting the existing oak cupboards, in our kitchen. Within literally a few minutes, Todd called me back and we arranged a time to meet. He was well prepared, had samples of what the finished product would look like and a comprehensive portfolio of options, details of the process, etc.

He was prompt in providing his quote, open to all of my questions, and well prepared to provide me with factual answers.

Mike, the onsite representative who completed the work, was extremely sensitive to being in our home, while completing all of the extensive onsite work. When he returned with the doors and drawers he was meticulous in ensuring their re-installation was perfect.

Unfortunately, an additional new cupboard that I was having added was out of stock and when I told Mike I would need to paint it later myself, he contacted Todd who was adamant that they would paint it when the cupboard became available so that I would be totally happy and have my 10/10 new kitchen.

Throughout the process, Todd was consistently and promptly available for any of my questions or concerns.
