The sales person was courteous and clearly explained the contract and set up the installation in a timely manor at convenient time for us. The installer was excellent. He was very neat and gave his input and suggestions as to how the system should be set up and where all the sensors and contacts should be mounted. He took his time to explain how the system is yo be used and set up our phones to control the system remotely.

Very with this service. The technician was able to use my existing equipment. That, in itself, says a lot about how efficient they are. I paid $200 for a zone expander and my monthly monitoring fee is $55.99 per month. I liked that they weren't trying to upsell. The technician was done so quickly. Katie checks in and makes sure everything is working to my satisfaction. I feel so much safer and it's comforting to know that their service goes beyond just the installation.

We had the pleasure of working with Tahim. He came in and was very thorough in explaining how the system works. He also was able to provide his professional opinion on where certain keypads, smoke Detectors and sensors would work best. He was very professional and completed the job efficiently.

Both Curtis, the account manager, and the technician, Tamim are very knowledgeable and courteous. Tamim took the time to explain to me how the system works. Tamim provided excellent tech support. When he arrived he set to solving the problem with the key pad. It was obvious that he was knowledgeable and capable and soon my system was functioning again. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me how to recode. I was originally with bell and my wife and I had an horrible experience with there team and technician. We canceled our service and went straight to Canadian security. The reason I chose this company was when I called to inquire about there services and prices Katie was easy to talked to, I told her about our previous experience and assured me that they will do better. With in a couple of days they sent their technician Tamim to setup my alarm from top to bottom, Tamim is very knowledgeable about his profession and very honest about any question I asked. He made me aware of everything that needed to be known and you can tell he just cares about giving you the best experience. I was told I could move service for free, sold my house and was going to get charged $200 moving fee, cancelled service and charge another year for something I didnt use, refused and they said they would send me audio of verbal agreement to one year, they never sent it and sent my file to collection agency
