Recently we had CPS install a new system into our home. Katie was our first contact through their web and the response was quick and professional. All questions were asked and answered to our satisfaction, prior to installation. CSP web site is extremly well designed and easy to use. When the installer arrived, very freiendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and why. Spend time with us explaining how to use the system, he was very patient and did not make us feel rushed. After a few days, we have become real pros at operating the new system. So glad we contacted CSP!!
