Todd Cannings did a great job on our hardwood flooring. We have 4000+ square feet of hardwood to be installed and he took the time to determine the best way to put the floor down and he recommended some better wood than we originally had. We were very happy with his work. There were a few issues with the wood (product) and he worked with us to make sure the job was done in a very professional way. I would have no hesitation recommending Todd. He showed up on time, worked long hours and was positive through the entire process. I would definitely use him again and have no hesitation providing a reference for him.

Installation of hardwood was provided to a high professional detail level and we are very happy with the results. Tearout of old flooring was provided according to the schedule.
Cover up of kitchen and garage articles with poly lacked professionalism and an extra 15 minutues on there part would have saved me an hour or two so I would suggest you request a thorough cover up.
Overall I would certainly recommend the service but would suggest you request a professional cover up.

Following writing my first review the contractor came by our residence. He was truly concerned regarding my previous concern and apologized for the inconvenience. He provided us with a gift certificate for the time invested with our clean up. Very professional of Todd to revisit and talk things over.

The instalaltion was completed on time and on budget. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. His ability to take on new challenges and complete them without an issue showed us his versatility and experience in flooring installations. He was very knowledgeable and had made recommendations that enabled us to decide on various installation enhancements that made it end result more unique.

Todd was very professional in his business manner but was very easy to communicate with when discussing the job requirements and any changes that went into the installation of the flooring.

I must concur with all the other reviewers; my project experience with Todd was a true pleasure. I had a rather small project but Todd treated it with respect and importance. On first meeting Todd we found him very easy to talk to and he was able to answer all of our questions. We were concerned because our house has curved stairs and odd shaped rooms with angles. Todd had no problem working with these obstacles and his work was meticulous. Our floors turned out just as we had hoped....perfect! We were more than pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism Todd displayed. We would recommend him to any of our closest friends and family.

Met Todd at the home show and once we had him over for the appraisal we were ready to proceed.

Todd was able to come over to our home while we were gone on holidays and had the floor ready for us upon our return. He provides excellent workmanship and is meticulous. we have been living and walking on the flooring for the last two days and we can not stop looking at the floor and the great job Todd did.

Todd had installed hardwood on my main floor and had done such a fantastic job I asked him to come back and install hardwood laminate in my basement. Once again Todd was on time, on budget and did an amazing job! I am very happy with my floors and look forward to having him back to do my stairs!

Todd gave us a quote and stuck to it and even though tearing out the old hardwood probably took longer than expected, he never complained or cut corners to save time. He and Andy were great to work with, always on time, polite, clean and absolutely meticulous in the work. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful floor and have highly recommended him to others and if we ever need flooring installed again, we definitely know who we'll be calling!!!

Todd was wonderful to work with and the engineered wood floors he installed look immaculate! I wish I know more people in Calgary to refer him to. I'd had other contractors quote on the installation, but found Todd to be most organized, polite, and the best priced. I was concerned about preserving the baseboard as I didn't want to repaint and Tod's attention to detail alleviated that concern altogether - it looks as though they weren't touched. It's been about five months since the floors were installed and they still look fabulous. During and after the installation, he was always responsive to calls, patient with my many questions, and accommodating of my schedule. Todd was also very helpful in ensuring I understood how to best care for the floors.
