I got five quotes and met five company reps. Millwall was competitive - not the lowest quote. Darrell was informed, straightforward, and helpful in explaining his assessment of the job. I am pleased I chose Milwall. They agreed to fit the job into one of two tight time-windows I had available, and completed on time. They were responsive, neat, and did an all-round excellent job. In my view they used quality products, provided high-quality workmanship, and delivered a superior job. I had a small leak in my roof and Darrell came out within 2 days of me calling him, on a long weekend!

He found the problem quickly and repaired it along with several additional soon-to-be problems. He photographed everything and explained to me what was going wrong and how he would fix it, then showed me photos of the work he had done.

He also cleaned out my gutters, re-secured my downspouts, and made sure to pick up any stray nails that had fallen.

Really pleasant, hard-working guy. I'll definitely be calling him when I need to re-roof.

I'm a general contractor, not a roofing one. I understand that some repairs must be done right at the very beginning. Roof replacement is one of the repairs. Some roofing companies are too big and some are too expensive to me. Millwall roofing is my final decision. I can't say that it's the best in the market, it's the roofing company for me. Their price is reasonable and their work is excellent. Are they perfect? No, I found lots of old shingle pieces and nails in my gutter. I'm OK as I can easily do it myself. My most concern is my roofing work for the next 10, 20 years. They're experts!

I phoned Millwall Roofing regarding a minor roof leak. Darrell and his team were able to come over and assess, explain, and fix the problem the same day. Millwall did an excellent job in all respects with the roof replacement on my house. I solicited 5 bids and Darrel's quote was the most competitive in terms of labor and roofing material used. One vendor quoted double because of my West Point Grey address.

Darryl and his crew installed a rain cap and repaired the mortar in the chimney . They were very respectful and honest when i asked questions! I can't recomment Millwall Roofing Ltd. enough!

Originally they replaced the cedar shakes with laminated fibre-glass shingles on my house in 2013 and I've just had them back (2018) to do the same on my pool house. Darrell and the team, arrive on time; work hard; provide excellent workmanship and take pride in leaving the site clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Work: Replace garage and shed roofs, new gutters on full house, garage and shed and minor chimney re-pointing.

The price was great compared to the other companies I had come out. Darrell is friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and always responds to emails. His crews got the job done faster then I expected and the results look great. There was no pressure for payment. Darrell did not even bring up payment until a few days after the job was done, giving me time to review their work.

Overall, Millwall is one of the best companies I've dealt with over the years. I'd recommend then to anyone.

There was snow in our attic after a windy snowfall. Darrell and Rick were great. They cleared out the snow, checked all of our vents and replaced a faulty one. We would use them again.
