Ontario Windows & Doors Pro Inc

We had a quote from Pavel at Ontario Windows and Doors Pro in June of 2010. The price was fair and the time line for install what we wanted. The day of instillation of our new windows and doors was July 9, 2010. Everything was going well until they got to our bathroom window. We had ordered frosted glass and it was clear. They assured me that they would install frosted glass at a later date. Also, the French door was very tight and I was told that over time it would loosen up.

I called to find our when they would install the frosted window countless times in Sept, October and November. Always being put off and told “when we have a guy in the area they will come and do it”. My husband called at the end of November and Pavel said someone would come in December. They finally came to install the frosted glass mid December, but had the wrong size. Since December the stripping has also come off our “tight” French door and the frame is warping. We have called them 2 times since and they have not responded.

If you choose to do business with this company, you better cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong because you’ll have a hard time getting them back to your house to fix their problems once they have your thousands of dollars!

We met Pavel and had him quote our job to replace all of our upstairs windows. The price was right within budget so we went ahead and hired him. The windows came in quickly and were installed even faster. They look fantastic and work extremely well.

We later hired them again to complete our basement windows. Same as upstairs, the windows look great and they all work perfectly.

In addition to the window installation we had special window siding put in our washroom window and added features such as privacy frosting that looks great and serves its purpose.

Great service, fast turn around, would refer them no problem.
