Home Organization and transitioning

Systems N' Spaces has been of invaluable help to me in cleaning, organizing, and downsizing 30 years of accumulated belongings and paperwork. I have moved approximately 20 times in 30 years and, often had to store my belongings. This resulted in duplications and boxes that were not looked into in many years. So far, we have been able to redistribute approximately 6 pick-up truck loads of items to donations, recycling, and garbage. Plus we have reduced approximately 20 file boxes of paper work to just 6. This has all been an incredible relief to me and fits in beautifully with my future retirement and downsizing goals. Trigger and Karl are very understanding and they work extremely hard to make sure the clients needs and wishes are met. I would highly recommend them for future jobs.

Downsizing, organizing, moving

I was right-sizing from a 5 bedroom house I'd lived in for 23 years into a semi back split. I needed time to undergoe the purge process myself, so Trigger started by giving me valuable advice and ideas as to what works and doesn't work. She was open to helping as much or as little as I needed by coaching me from a distance for several months, respecting the time I needed to go at my own pace.
When the time came to do actual organizing, and clearing - whether inside or outside she was available, supportive, efficient, dependable and professional.
What I appreciate the most is the sensitivity and compassion with which Trigger approaches her work. These months of transition were a challenging time, but her genuine concern and tremendous patience were very much appreciated. She and her assistant Karl's positive and practical outlook made it a pleasure to have at my side doing the jobs that needed to be done.
I highly recommend Systems & Spaces, they are amazing! Thank you; a millon times, thank you.

Move from house to retirement home

Good value and a great experience from start to finish.

Systems N' Spaces was clearly experienced in how to make a basic 'move' become a smooth 'transition'. In a transition, all those little things like numbering identical drawers to ensure they go back into each dresser in order, along with actually helping to wrap, unwrap, and place items in the new location, just make all the difference.

Trigger and Karl take the time to be friendly, engaged, and thoughtful. I will gladly recommend Systems N' Spaces to anyone who needs to move. But I would especially recommend them to for moving an elderly parent or friend who might be in a stressed state of mind and as such really benefit from the gentle care Trigger and Karl provide.

Home organization

I've worked with Triggerr on and off for several years. She is warrm and supportive yet very professional and flexible.She has helped me organize my basement, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and my garage. If she were a guy I would marry her and have her move in and I'd be on easy street. It's amazing how innovative and perceptive she is -when it all overwhelms me she makes me tea and we sit down and make the whole process easy for me. I still don't understand how she accomplish so much in so little time. I think it should take a day and it's done in an hour. How is that possible? Enough said: I've had organizers before and Triggerr is the nicest, most efficient and funniest.

Faced with organizing a move for an elderly friend I was stressed at the prospect. But Systems & Spaces made it easy. Trigger and Karl were caring, efficient and helped both my friend and myself to relax in complete confidence instead of feeling the usual chaotic pressure of a move. They got the job done with humour and warmth leaving my friend happy in his new surroundings and both of us feeling privileged to have met such special people.

Home Organization Assistance, "Handyman" or should I say "person" projects

There is nothing like having people to work alongside that are self-motivated, professional, ingenuitive, flexible, encouraging, competent and trustworthy. Wow! You get all that with the Systems N' Spaces team. It almost makes me want to create more work just to have them around! I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. They can tackle just about any job you throw at them.

Various installations in my home

Definitely a Star! I got so much value for the money I invested. Not only did Trigger make all the installations, but she picked up the material and planned the execution so that everything fit. Trigger listens to her clients' needs and brings in her knowledge of materials, space and usage. She worked on a closet system, my laundry room, shelving in my sculpture workshop and my home office. Her work has helped me stay organized months afterwards! I look forward to working with her again and have recommended her services to others.

Move

I hired Trigg to help me move out of my apartment. I was moving out of province and needed to pack a fair bit, but also get RID of a lot. All my funiture, dishes, bedding, home decor.... most everything needed to be sold or donated and I didnt know where to start. She helped me pack what I was taking with me, and sort and price what I was selling. She researched where I could donate things and how to go about doing it. Probably this is something I "COULD" have handled by myself, but I was truly overhwhelmed and Trigg was there for some cheerleading and advice as much as anything else. I would definately recommend her to someone who was overwhelmed by downsizing or even someone left the daunting task of emptying out a deceased loved one's home.

Organizing an home office into a multi function room

Triggerr came to our home during a work/life transition period.

She took the time to understand my situation and the intentions for the room we were working on - a home office that had become a general repository of paper and other stuff.

She helped me getting rid of stuff and provided simple and wise suggestions to facilitate the process.

Triggerr has organizing in her blood. She is very resourceful and I could see that her past experience enrich her savoir faire. I appreciated that her suggestions were not costly.

Beside her professionalism, I truly enjoyed working with someone who has a good sense of fun. She actually made home organizing fun.

Thank you Triggerr. I recommand Systems N’ Spaces without any hesitations.

Moving Family Homestead Made Possible by Systems N' Spaces

We will all have to face the difficult task of selling and moving our family home one day...my situation was made much more complicated, as our family homestead housed the estates of family members back to 1847! It was an impossible task, especially as I was on my own. I could not have accomplished it without Triggerr and Systems N' Spaces. Triggerr is not only an organizational genius (she coordinated the whole move of furniture and 300 boxes out of the house and Tetris-ed all content into storage units!), she has a great heart and compassion for those going through such an emotional transition. Her sense of humor and listening ear has helped me not only with the initial move-out in 2010 but she has continued to be available to help me with the massive sorting out and disposing task I am dealing with. I would highly recommend Triggerr and Systems N' Spaces for anyone who has a complex and/or massive organizational challenge and needs an effective and supportive solution!
