Salesman Mark L. was very professional, and worked very hard to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted at a great price.

The installers (Ernie, Phil, and Gary) were amazing! Polite and friendly, absolute perfectionists who take great pride in their work. They left the place spotless.

I would give Northern Comfort 5 stars just because of the installation, but the product is also top-notch. The only issue I had was getting information on the status of my order, (a couple of calls not returned, one person told me one thing, someone else told me something else) but it's quite likely that people were taking vacations during this time, so that is probably the reason.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Northern Comfort. We have used them twice before and would use them again. Very professional work and overall service! They arrived when they said they would and were finished on time; with no mess!.

We recently had 13 new windows installed in our house and just about everything else capped as we did not want to have anymore painting. We would really like to thank Gord the person who did the measurement for everything and as he was an experienced installer for an excellent job. The 2 expert installers who also did a great job and only stopped long enough to have a drink of water and a quick bite to eat. Dave & John thanks again. I had the pleasure of consulting with a representative for a price quote for six new windows and found the gentleman to be very thorough and a pleasure to do business with him. The installers were great guys to deal with also. They were on time, explained in detail what they were going to do and cleaned up every bit of mess. Three of the windows were large picture windows. Even a couple of my neighbour came over to see them working and was impressed with their workmanship. I still sit back and look at what a difference and fabulous job well done.

I am very pleased with my new entrance way. The steel door is so very beautiful and with the safety it gives me, I am so very glad that I had it done. The installer was considerate, keep it cleaned up, while doing an excellent job.

We could not have asked for better service from anyone!!! From the moment the Sales Rep. came to our home until the day the installers left, this company were EXCELLENT. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. The installers were efficient, courteous and very clean. I was amazed how they cleaned up every day. We had the entire house done and are EXTREMELY happy with the result!!!! I would recommend Northern Comfort to anyone thinking about window and door replacement.
