James is amazing. He is reliable, trustworthy and affordable. It is hard to find someone who is honest and reliable. I have known James for around 5 years now. He has fixed my furnace, installed a thermostat, installed a gas line and a humidifier for me. He is always reachable and that makes him reliable.

In 2011 I purchased a resale home and needed to have my furnace, AC and hot water replaced and relocated along with gas lines installed for a stove, dryer, BBQ firepit and a linear fireplace installed.I contacted James at Flow Teck as he was referred by a friend. James promptly made arrangements for the initial visit to view the required work, asked relevant questions about price range, timelines and expectations and returned a detailed quote to me in writing. I also received a quote from a large competitor in the area and was shocked with the difference in the quote for comparible equipment and sevices.I soon gave the go ahead and the work quickly progressed. Once the installations were completed he took the time to explain and review the functions of the new systems. The work was completed to my satisfaction as quoted and 2 years afterwards I have not had any issues or complaints. I would strongly reccomend James at Flow Teck Quality Air Systems to any of my firends and family.

James came to view our existing furnace affected by flooding, offered solutions on how we could work with the existing one, without having to replace. But when we decided to go with a replacement, he offered professional opinion on alternatives and brands and in the end found the furnace we wanted with the best pricing point out of all the other quotes. The install was done on the same date and time as agreed and accommodated our urgency with working after hours.
Would definitely use this company again for any HVAC work again!
