Clarified Home Inspections

This was the first home inspection I have ever done, bein a first time home buyer. And I couldn't be happier with the service that was provide by Shawn. He was very friendy and easy to talk to, and any questions(which I had alot of them) were all answered in an understanding manner.
I would recommend Shawn to anyone I know, and will use him again on any future purchase!!!

We had Shawn come and do 2 home inspectons. The first one we did we turned the house down....thanks to the inspection that Shawn did(things we would have never thought of on our own). . It would have cost us thousands of dollars...because of how well he checked over the first house we had him come and inspect the next house....and based on his inspection.....we are happy that we have now closed the deal on our new home.......Thanks for all your help and I will recommend Shawn to anyone that informs me they are buying a home!!! YOU ROCK SWAWN!!!

Shawn did a very thorough inspection of a cottage we eventually bought. He let us know about all the problems promptly before we finalized our offer. We went into the purchase knowing that the cottage structure would not be worth renovating due to too many structural problems. We now have a beautiful new cottage on the site but did not waste money trying to renovate the old one.

I had Shawn come and do a home inspection for me as part of my condition of purchase. He was thorough from top to bottom and sent me a detailed report within 3 hrs of finishing the inspection. I would never go without an inspection when purchising a home again no matter how much your broker insists. I believe that it would have cost me an additional $50,000.00 if i had not had this inspection. A house may show beautifully on the outside but the inside workings can be very sick. So all i can say is thank goodness for Shawn. I respected his opinions, judgements and overall professionalism and would hire his services again in a minute.
