John The Plumber

Our toilet was leaking and we call this company. They did a good job fixing toilet leak. It was more than just replacing the seal - the builder put 3 seals instead of 1. John had to build a flange to extend the pipe.
No more leaks!

I called John the Plumber to install an outdoor tap at my family cottage. They made a special trip out to us the next day, gave us advice on the best spot to put the tap, and had it installed and working in about 2 hours. The plumber, Andre, took the time to explain how to drain the pipe in the winter to avoid freezing and even took a look at the basement shower while he was there to give us an idea of how much it would cost to replace. He was so polite and courteous, John the Plumber will be our first call next time for sure.

We were over charged a lot of money and problem was never fixed. I don't believe the fake bogus high ratings he wrote here. We have tried to get in touch with this company for weeks. Til no avail. We wasted hard earned money and next time will never go with a company that doesn't belong to Better Business Bureau. You also don't get "John" to do the work nor do he get him to call you back. We have to wonder why he doesn't have his last name anywhere. Another reviewer that said that he changes names/business names etc. We are so disappointed because we thought the reviews were legit. Worst customer service we have ever seen. Don't waste your money!

I was trying to sell my house and had an inspector that cited that the venting on my plumbing was incorrect. When I called John The Plumber they were able to schedule me in very quickly and I the work they did was seamless and professional. Very happy with the job they did and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

When we were building our grocery store and needed a new bathroom installed I called my friend John from John The Plumber....that was 6 years ago, and I've used them many times since. Great people to work with.

We have terrible water out here in osgoode, and it was eating through my hot water tank. We called John in to fix the problem after we exhausted all of our options. Irish Mike was pleasant, professional, and corrected the issue in a few hours. Highly recommended

The builders did a drain rough in for my basement bathroom, but did not provide me with any waterlines. I called John in and they completed the job in a timely manner. I'll be calling them again soon when I redo the upstairs bathroom.

John came by the day after I called in for an estimate for my second floor bathroom rough-in. He thoroughly inspected the area and gave me his professional recommendations and had us scheduled at our earliest availability. The guys kept us in the loop the whole time and were very accommodating to our wishes. Our bathroom looks amazing - thanks guys!!

Our laundry room was recently renovated and needed a new laundry sink installed. We are so happy with the outcome and will be calling John to come back when we start work on our kitchen!

My kitchen sink was completely blocked so I called John The Plumber and had a plumber to my place within an hour. Phil was able to determine the problem and clear the blockage quickly. I'll definitely be using their services in the future!
