My wife and I were very pleased with the entire crew involved in the installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Thanks to technician Mark, who identified the issue involving the heat exchanger and to Scott, who outlined our options. Installers Matt and Dan were excellent, polite and tidy! And a shout-out to manager Ian, who promptly resolved a minor concern we had. In short, we were impressed with the professionalism exhibited by everyone, including the office staff. Thank you!

Upon a maintenance check our furnace was red tagged due to CO2 concerns. By that evening Chris was out to discuss new furnace. By 9 am next day a new furnace was installed by Randy and Jay! They were very professional and trustworthy! Today we had our ducts cleaned and am so thrilled with the work that Chris and Glen did. They found things in my vents that precious owners had stuffed into vents. The guys got very dirty and were so courteous and happy to be making my vents clean! All of the staff including admin have been very helpful at making sure we get prompt and reliable services!! I will never use anyone other than Mr Furnace!! Tom and Brian arrived right at 9 a.m. on a Monday and by 5:30 I had a new furnace in place. I was so glad that I had scheduled a furnace check a few days earlier because the technician discovered cracked coils in my 18 year old furnace. They put down sheets to make sure my floors would not get dirty and worked meticulously to ensure that the new furnace was safely installed. They also made sure I felt comfortable taking care of this new furnace such as removing the filter each year and putting in a new one which was different from my old furnace where I had to wash the cells and aluminum screen filter. I felt comfortable asking questions... even the kinds of questions that I thought they might think were silly. They were very kind respectful patient when explaining all the changes and how to work the new thermostat. They even redirected the clear plastic water hose from the drain in the floor which was a nuisance. Their demeanour made me feel very comfortable overall... I wasn't afraid or embarrassed to ask any questions about the work being done. Several Mr. Furnace employees made me very happy: a kind lady that took my phone call, the original technician Jeremy that discovered the problem, the salesman Brian who explained all of my options very clearly and carefully and answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction and Tom and Brian who replaced the furnace ! At this time I am very happy and thankful! Great job!

We needed to know if our A/C was working efficiently. Technician asked if they could come a day early - which we agreed to. Tech started out by telling us that the government could monitor us through our thermostat.
I di not question the fact that our A/C is low on coolant - but was surprised when he said it was illegal to fill it. As an aside, he said he could do a $700 leak test - then fill it

EXCELLENT SERVICE, NO FUSS OR MUSS WHEN THEY INSTALLED NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WISHING TO REPLACE THEIR FURNACE AND AC - THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB!

While I believe I over paid for this furnace and air conditioner I guess it ought to tell after a few years past. We have some difficulty with getting everything settled. They say that every company has at least one customer to which everything seems to go wrong. Perhaps I am Mr Furnaces. Anyway again perhaps time will tell.

Absolutely happy with the service we received from Mr Furnace to have our ducts cleaned. Very professional and courteous. Did exactly what was promised, and more. Definitely highly recommend their services. Mike and Jay know what they are doing.
