very efficient workers. excellent work. very satisfied with their work and how they handled the job. I would recommend the workers to anyone needing help with their furnace or air conditioning.

installers and mtce staff were professional and friendly, answered all questions, called to let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly. I would recommend Mr Furnace to any potential customer.

I would like to thank Cory Hoffer for helping out in the right selection of our new furnace & Ac units. In my opinion he was extremely knowageable about everything concerning the products and finaceing. Considering that it was an emergency on Sunday Jan.24/16 around 6:30pm, everything was done eg. explanation, finaceing, and installation set-up by 10:00pm. Next morning the installers showed up at 9:00 am as promised, worked hard all day tearing out the old and installing the new units, even asked permission (from boss and ) if I would mined if they stayed late to COMPLETLY finish the install (7-7:30pm) I was very IMPRESSED with the cleanness, effort and the WORKMANSHIP. Needless to say I am enjoying the heat and am sure to expect the same comfort in the summer with the AC. Again THANK YOU ALL INVOLVED VERY MUCH. (ps. My Wife is HAPPY TOO, LOL)

I was having an issue with my furnace pilot so called in mr furnace , they stated there was a 140 dollar fee to come out and diagnose the issue. Took the service tech 1 hour 20 to get to my house after getting lost , upon arrival he stated it was the pilot light being dirty , so once he cleaned that and out a small little ground wire on the pilot the problem was solved , he than tried selling me a new unit as they alway do , the tech was extremely slow well doing his repair , what should have taken a half hour took him almost an hour , so after getting it running he tried informing me he had to scope it , which I stated it had just been done on the annual inspection. He than Mae me sign a waiver which was fine but than handed me the bill ,
140 for service call
250 for the repair ,
With taxes and everything is came to 416 dollars ,
I thought that was kind of steep but was stuck paying the bill seeing the work was all done . After he left I called a few other companies to get a price and it was no more than 250 to do the same repair ,these folks are absolute con artists and I wouldn't reccomend anyone using them .

On boxing day the water heater at my rental property broke, leaving my tenant ant their family without hot water. The water heater furnace and ac system were all installed 3 years ago by this company.

I called and tried to have someone come out and fix it, they told me they did not install it and to find out who did and go through them. I called back in the morning and spoke to someone else who said yes they did install it and it was covered under warranty until Aug 2016. They sent a service technician to the house who said the problem was due to neglect on the system (we've paid yearly to have it serviced so it would be their own service technicians who have neglected it) they charged $130 for the service call and told me for $450 they will repair the water heater. When I called to inquire about warranty I was told management was off for the holidays (this was Dec 28th) and they would return my call the following day. I never received a call so I called again Jan 2nd. I was told management tool an extended vacation over the holidays and would return Jan 4th. I was also told there was a supervisor working named jason but when I requested to speak to him he refused. I asked if there was a head quarters I could call or if it was locally owned and the customer service rep I spoke to.. kayla.. said she to give me incorrect information so I would need to wait to speak to management. She agreed I was given the run around and said she would send and email and I would hear something when management returned.
Over a week and my tenant is still waiting for hot water.

We signed the contract for our new furnace at 8:00 p.m on Dec. 23, and it was installed the next morning, Dec. 24 -- Christmas Eve! The installers were excellent and professional, and corrected a few bad features from the previous installation. We really appreciated the tremendous service, and are happy to recommend Mr. Furnace!

The installation techs, Josh & Everit, did a very professional job in installing the new furnace. The new furnace looks very nice and operates very well. We are very pleased with their workmanship and the furnace's operation. I will certainly recommend Mr Furnace very highly to anyone to have service done or have a new installation done.

Beginning with the lady on the phone, the service rep, salesman and the installers, the service and proffesionalism was excellent, we were grateful they made sure we had heat for the weekeng

After some years on a "Silver Plan", I needed a repair that should have been no more than $660 . It was at that point I was told $660 only covers 2 hours of labor ($330/Hr!!) After 2 hours it goes down to $150/hr. So, average price for an annual cleaning is $150-$175 while I was paying $297.24 via monthly plan payments. When they told me my repair would be charged at $330 for the first 2 hours and $150 there after. I called and cancelled my contract on the basis of a breach of trust. These contracts are not worth beans!
