After discovering mice droppings in my basement I contacted Pest-o-kill. Vance was able to locate the point of entry in the house from an opening in the brick outside. He explained how the mice got in and sealed off the entry point. He provided useful tips to avoid the situation in the future. I would definitely recommend Pestokill to my friends.

I had enough with trying to take care of the mice and the previous company had given up after the 2nd visit and refused to come back. I found Pestokill through Google and looked up the reviews through the website. I don't normally give anyone a perfect score for anything but I can't really complain about this company. Despite the intense rain the exterminator showed up. He was pleasant right from the get go and most importantly he got the job done. I thought $200 was a bit much at the time but in the end it was worth it.

We moved to our new house in Milton, 3 months ago, and were finding mice droppings in our furnace room occasionally. We tried treating it with homemade baits, which didn't work. So without any further delay, we called this company. They explained that the bait they use is anti coagulant, therefore there wouldn't be any sort of smell and it will get the job done. 10 days later I stopped noticing the droppings. He is very honest and tells us to not spray if we hadn’t seen any bugs for months but I still go ahead with it as it gives me peace of mind knowing that my wife won’t yell as hard as humanely possible at the site of a centipede or large spider. Raccoons
Raccoons some how broke the aluminum soffit as well as the fascia and got into the attic above the garage. Bash installed a one-way door to allow the raccoons to leave and not be able to get back in. He also greased downspout so the raccoons would be unable to climb back up. He returned a week later to remove the one-way door and fixed the soffit and fascia to the best of his abilities. He also recommended that I have the insulation checked out, I took a picture and showed a professional at the home depot and he confirmed that it was low I rented a machine to blow insulation into the area. Following that day not only was I raccoon free my son was very happy to report that the cold drafts have stopped coming in, two strikes with one pitch.

Pest-o-kill sent Yahyah to take care of the mice issue at our home. He was supposed to be at our home between 12 and 1 and he was here precisely at 12:15 pm. His explanation about how he was going to tackle the problem was satisfactory and under stable despite the fact that I have to previous knowledge of how the treatment works. I found that Yahyah was friendly and took his time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with the fact that he didn’t mind me following him around while he worked and he kept up a conversation the whole time. I believe that he was very thorough and went over and beyond what I was expecting. He found the point of entry and temporarily blocked it, as the hole was large and out of his grasp. The mice disappeared in exactly 13 days after the visit. We found a dead mouse by the furnace and the lady on the phone explained to me that it is possible that we find dead mouse and was willing send someone out to remove it. That was not needed and I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. I think Yahyah is a kind, genuine guy who knows his trade well.

My tenants called about a cockroach situation, which really worried me given the horrendous reputation roaches have. I had pest control at my house the following day to take care if it. After inspecting the dead Roach, Vance brought me lots of comfort stating that they can get rid of all types if roaches. But the type of Roach ( oriental cockroach) that had infested my property was the easiest to take care of. Vance used a device to treat the property and my tenants were allowed back in to their home after an hour. I followed up with my tenants everyday after the treatment and they found several dead roaches but nothing since an entire month ago.

The mice problem was getting worse and the lack of success from over the counter traps and bait stations was very frustrating. Vance from Pestokill was called in to take care of the issue once and for all. He certainly delivered, the situation got much worse after the treatment as mice sightings increased. But the situation quickly improved over the next week and soon enough the mice were gone. Vance handled the situation professionally and was patient in answering our questions. This is a company I would definitely call back for my any pest issue in the future.

It took me time to write my reviews as I have to confirm if I have no more mouse/rats in my house. All I can say, they are all gone. Naeem was excellent: on-time, professional, quick and precise on his services. The pests were all gone in 3-week time as he stated. He even provided extra service to remove my ant issue and he explained the simple remedies on how to avoid it from entering the house. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I called Pestokill about a large nuisance yellow jacket nest under the vinyl siding of my house. Vance came out the next day and treated the nest and I had no issues with yellow jackets in that area from that point forward. Also, Vance is a very personable and nice guy!
