We really appreciated Terry adjusting the plans until we got it just right, he didn't seem to mind lol. Dave was fantastic with the tiles and crown moulding. Trevor did a great job with the trim. And of course, Barb kept everyone organised and in line.....
Lastly they kept with the timelines and the price didn't change at the end.

Our kitchen reno with MacLeans was a huge success!! We had to remove 2 walls which opened up our kitchen, dining and living rooms. Thank you to Dave, Terry & Barb and Trevor. The service you provided was exceptional in every way. I had received several quotes and we picked MacLeans because they are a full service ... they did everything. However, we did opt to do our own tear-out, floor and countertop which was OK with them. In hindsight, I wish we had MacLeans do our floor and countertop. We picked a double shaker cupboard in white and went for a black island with black countertop, white subway tile backspash and grey 12" x 24" floor tiles. I don't think a day goes by that we don't say how happy we are with our new kitchen.

The short version is Amazing, Amazing, don't use anyone else!!
Long version - We felt like Goldilocks in our investigation process. Met with 3 contractors, one was big, had a long time frame with a big price; another was a one-man show, very nice but we would have to do the co-ordinating and we do not have the time; MacLeans were just right!. They acknowledged this was a big job for us, they had a fair price and were going to be half the time of the big guys since would dedicate themselves to our project only.
That ticked all of our boxes. Barb was the coach throughout the whole process and has unending patience. Terry, Dave and Trevor work so well together, are very competent and courteous. They cleaned up every day so we could still live here during the reno. They met all code and safety guidelines and never missed a beat when we asked for little things to be done.
MacLeans brings a lot of experience to the table and we were able to benefit from this, helping with all the decisions along the way and would not let us compromise even when we were running out of steam ourselves.
Thank you Barb, Terry, Dave & Trevor - we now have a stunning home to enjoy.

MacLeans renovated two bathrooms for us, one was fairly standard replacement of cabinets and fixtures while the other was out en-suite. Materials and workmanship were first class and all issues raised were dealt with promptly.
With the exception of two minor upgrades that we asked for after signing the project came in on budget and with no surprises. The length of the project was in line with their projections and we intend to use them again for our kitchen renovation.
We couldn't be more pleased with MacLeans Custom Kitchens.

Macleans undertook a very big job for us including the removal of 2 load bearing walls as well as a total Reno of the kitchen. We found Terry, Dave, and Trevor to be professional and courteous. From beginning to end, they were always willing to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and living space and look forward to working with them again in the future.

My husband and I wanted to renovate our kitchen and install new flooring through out the main floor. We had researched reviews and been to several kitchen renovators. When we visited MacLeans we met with Barb. We liked her immediately, she was friendly, helpful and very patient. It took us several trips to the store to make decisions and pick the products that we wanted to install. Barb was very patient and never pushy, she let us take our time until we were completely satisfied with our chooses. Once we finalized our products Barb kept us updated with the installation schedule. Terry, Dave and Trevor installed the kitchen. They were friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the installation. They checked in if they needed us to make a decision and they kept us updated during the process. They were helpful and answered all our questions. We are so happy we chose to use MacLeans for our renovations, our kitchen looks fabulous.
