It's hard to believe it's been 8 years already. Those little guys of yours aren't so little now. It always thrills me to see the excitement on everyone's face when it comes to start up time which is usually May long weekend. Poseidon Pools Construction has always enjoyed having the Romer family as part of our family. Servicing the product we sell is very important to us and unfortunately very rare in this industry. I feel if a customer puts their trust in Poseidon Pools to build their pool, Poseidon Pools has an obligation to take care of them as long as we exist...Which is forever..because we all know the Gods never die.....have you seen that cool van running around your area...you know what I mean.
One thing I love about this business is we come across old pools that have been around for many years and need some TLC to get them looking new again. And with this service we get to meet a whole new group of people who soon become steady customers. Even though Poseidon Pools didn't do the original installation. Again service is the key. I'm happy to say that a good percentage of my customers are new Poseidon Pools customers due to dedication and care of their family pool. And one very important aspect of this job is having connections...Ted & Penny are my "Crab" Connection.....They catch & cook they best crab I've ever tasted...and you think I'm giving that up ....you're Crazy.

It's amazing how only half a story can spoil a spotless 37 year reputation. Now let's hear the true story....I installed a new hot tub motor for this lady which carried a 1 year guarantee. Approximately 8 months later I receive a call from her that the pump seal was leaking and indeed had been leaking for "2 months"
and she has just now taken the time to inform me. You got to keep in mind this is a heavy duty hot tub motor that pushes water through the system at 60 gallon per minute. That means for 2 months hot corrosive water was getting past the seal into the new motor. I explained to her that my supplier would not warranty the motor because she hadn't reported the leak at the time it occurred. I went back and did what I could "free a charge" but there was too much damage to the new motor. The best I could do was offer her a replacement motor at cost, which she refused. Imagine my shock when I first came across this review. All I can do is tell the truth, and to prove my side of the story I have a MP3 recording I took from my answering machine with this lady saying she had let this problem go on for over two months before giving me a call.
