From the initial visit by Lorne who made excellent recommendations to the completion of my window installation by highly skilled tradesmen, the service was excellent. I am impressed by the quality of the product (exceeding the CSA standard) and transferrable warranty.
It is important to me to deal with a reputable company and Lormac stands out by being a certified dealer and having certified installers.
My recommendation to anyone would be to use the best – Lormac!

I was so pleased with the quality of my new windows that I ordered more for this fall. The installer was very professional. When Lorne described to us what made his product and services stand out, it seemed hard to believe. Then I looked at the competitor windows, and there really was a differnece. Metal coil springs (not strings), double locks, night locks, metal screen pins, all important details. The attention to detail was just as promised, all nails hidden, no unnecessary seams, and very clean finished look. The tradesman were friendly, tidy and efficient. The jobs were completed as promised on a very timely basis. The installation staff were courteous and competent. And if you were not by chance 100% completely satified, then any changes would be made immediately. Unlike some other retailers, there are no hassles of any kind. Lormac really does offer and fully deliver 100% complete customer satisfaction.

P.S. Example of Lormac going the extra mile. When one of my children accidentally broke a small window, the Manager, Rick, sent an installer the same night who cleaned out the sharp glass pieces that were still embedded in the window frame and then taped cardboard all over the window to ensure safety until the replacement window arrived. Now that is what you call Platinum Service. Cheers to Lormac.
