Gutter Doctor

Jason did a fantastic job. He was well organized and listened to my suggestions when dealing with a couple of problem areas. His workmanship speaks for itself. I'm very pleased with how it all worked out. Looks great.

Called Gutter Doctor to have gutters cleaned and spouts checked and a few turned to discharge water in a different direction. Quote for both pieces of work was $900+. They only did the spout work (new screws on the elbows and two spouts were re directed. Got a bill for this work and they never came back to do the cleaning - main reason for calling them. Called a competitor and they did the cleaning in just a few days at half the price. I know who to call for future work!

Selected Gutter Doctor to complete some repairs and adjust roof drainage on my house and a rental. They had done work on a relative's house with good results. Contacted them via email and set up appointment for estimate. Shane came out and inspected the house and provided an estimate for the work we requested. Additionally, he identified some additional issues that we had not noticed. He came out the following week and completed the work in a day. Everything seems in good order; however, we need to have a good rainfall to confirm whether everything is working 100%.

Carl called today to offer a quote and was at location a couple hours later to complete the job. Dude was very friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely will use the service again. Damn those tree seeds!! Oh, well ....

Thank you Kef to help us to repair the siding and adding a flashing to prevent window water leaking. He is polite, hard working, responsible with commitment and quoted us a good price. He is an asset to Gutter Doctor. Wish him the best.

New eavestroughs & downspouts installed on large shed. James gave me the quote over the phone. Jason the installer did a great job & was thorough, quick and professional. His work looks good, solidly installed, neat and tidy.

After a cleaning and service I had a misunderstanding with service rep but owner James was very helpful in resolving. I am grateful that he took the time to call and resolve the issues.

Gutter Doctor was prompt in responding to my request for services. Shane was able to complete the repair job the same day he came to the property to provide a quote. The downspout blew off during a spring storm, and after Shane's excellent repair service, that downspout is solidly reattached. Coincidentally, the repair was done the same day as the 90km/hr thunderstorms hit Calgary. A true testament to his repair technique! The downspout didn't move at all. I will have to have Gutter Doctor back to do a few other downspout repairs before the summer is over!

I was concerned about the overflow in the eavestroughs during rain and worried there were also structural damages from a falling branch but an assessment by TJ showed only a cleaning was necessary. Since I now appreciate that our nearby trees are perpetually shedding in the gutters I will continue to use this service as needed for peace of mind. Thanks for your help.
