Terry was great. Very friendly, very efficient. We searched several repair companies and they offered the best price. Sometimes you worry when you chose the lower price and a company that is not as well known but it was not an issue. I would use them again.

Louis was right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes of his arrival. Louis also showed me the broken heating element and showed me the new one he was putting in the dryer. Louis was professional, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repairs. Happy with the entire experience from start to finish.
