Talk about a MASSIVE project. Wow what a difference! I've bid on several projects on Brad & Catherine's street over the years. Catherine's was the biggest. I can honestly say, I don't think I'll ever be able to top this one. Of course I will try... Thank-you for your review Catherine. Much appreciated. Please call me for any future renovations you have in mind, and refer me to your neighbors, some of them desperately need my help ;)
Complete Exterior Renovation (the works):
Michelle and I have been working on her exterior for 3 years now. She must love our work because she calls me back at the beginning of every year for something new to do. We finally finished her home this year, there's nothing left for me to do. I'm going to miss this one. Thank-you so much for this review! Ed was what I classified as a non-believer. He was very hesitant to move on with me at the beginning, and to be honest, my presentations are over whelming for new clients sometimes. However, after getting several other estimates I convinced Ed to hire me instead of the competition (which were all lower priced btw). My crews did an outstanding job on Ed & Bev's house. Their house looks outstanding, and IMO the best looking house in their neighborhood. Not only are the colors they picked (with my help) beautiful, but you could take a baseball bat to their stucco, and it will not chip, peal, or flake off. Thank-you so much for believing in me guys, I truly appreciate your business!

Exterior paint and stucco repair

I remember meeting Doug 10 years ago while door knocking. I asked him if I could repair sections of stucco which were clearly in need of attention. I finally got to repair and refinish his stucco this year, and WOW, what a difference! The house looks brand new, and I have no doubt it is the best looking home in the Shawnee area.
