I am a general contractor and have been using KH Davis for our structural engineering and permitting. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the company and my engineer, Jomar, who is very thorough, knowledgeable and quickly available whenever we've needed to make a change or further clarification on something. Jomar Manzano was the engineer on my 60's bungalow reno - he worked with architectural plans to create structural drawings, and submitted all for permits.
