We hired Jomar to do our architectural designs needed to give to our contractor and the city to obtain permits in order to underpin our basement. Every step of the process was great - he was transparent, efficient, thorough and patient, taking time to explain to us the different steps, nuances and caveats. Beyond being affordable, he was transparent and there were NO SURPRISES, which has not been our experience in the construction industry in Toronto.
