RoadRunners Moving & Storage

I had never moved before so I didn't know what to expect. I am so glad a friend of mine recommended Road Runners. The service was incredible, they wrapped and protected all my belongings. They laid out runners to ensure the floors stayed clean. The boys were polite and very friendly. The price was right and I couldn't imagine it going any smoother than it did. I would definitely recommend Road Runners to anyone.

These guys were awesome. They arrived on time and I appreciate the service they provided. The crew was very friendly and handled my furniture with care as they used protective blankets to prevent any damages. At the end of the day, I end up paying what I was quoted and they were no surprises. I would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family, as I was satisfied with my move. This is the second time we've used RoadRunners for our move, and again the service was great! The price Brendon quoted me is what I paid for in the end.

Loved the red runners to protect our floors and carpet, and the wrapping to protect our furniture. The guys were great too, even taking the time to pack our lamp shades so they wouldn'e get damaged (who knew you should out lampshades is a box?!)

Once again, RoadRunners came through, making a difficult move with 2 little ones, relativlry stress free. Would highly reccommed them!

RoadRunners Moving and Storage were very straightforward. There were no surprises at final billing and above all - they were efficient, polite and respectful of our home property. Brendon accommodated last minute changes and assisted us with the storage. He sent 4 great guys and two trucks to pack us up and move our belongings. We felt very comfortable with Brendon and his crew and would gladly recommend him to others. In fact, my sister has booked her move with them this November and when we do our final move, we'll be having RoadRunners for that too!!

This company is absolutely amazing! I found Road Runners through Home Stars, and although apprehensive about selecting a Mover (horrible past experiences), I was Pleasantly surprised! Brendon and Paul assured me that my move would go off smoothly, and it did. I could not have asked for more professional Men to move me and my family. The employees were kind, courteous and polite( which is unusual to say for most moving companies) and our belongings were moved safely to our new Condo unit. I was quite surprised at how reasonable the price was for such a long distance move as I was quoted a much higher price by others. Nonetheless, what I would like to say to to Road Runners is KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I will DEFINITELY be using you guys again in the future, for my next move, and I recommend you to ALL.

For our second move in less than a year, the experience was as advertised and the group delivered as promised. The moving crew are friendly and personable and it is good to know that the hourly rate quoted is truly all inclusive. Items are wrapped with care and all instructions are followed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire movers for any job - large or small.

Not the cheapest out there, but well worth the money for 8 hours of non-stop work with 3 proffesionals. Good guys, would easily recommend to others and use them again.

From the start, I was pleased with the professional reply and detailed documentation of terms sent by Brendon and Paul, as well as their follow-up phone calls and emails. I chose Road Runners based on reviews on Homestars, and after requesting quotes and comparing with 8 other firms. On move day, Aug 29, Victor and Udell arrived early and loaded the truck quickly, taking care to wrap items needing protection, like table tops and 2 large mirrors. The contents had been gathered in our garage, so this also helped keep it simple. At the destination, there was construction on the road and a very limited space to pull in behind the apartment building to park and unload, but Udell and Victor made it look easy. The apt was in a low-rise walk up, 2nd floor, so with their agreement, we offered to assist by carrying up some of the boxes. In this way we kept to our budget and timing. The team was very pleasant, hard-working, and experienced. Road Runner's professional service helped ease any stress associated with moving our daughter into her first apartment! I'd definitely recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Brendon, Paul, Victor and Udell for a job well done.

We did have a few problems with the mover. We did voice our concerns to the company. We had a few issues with the three guys who moved us. They were all time sensitive issues that i need not get into. After a few calls and emails to the company it was rectified by fair reduction on the price of the move. I spoke with Paul And Brandon and they understood our issues and concerns and therefore gave us a refund back on part of the moving cost. My only concern is that they need to improve on there customer service to make the experience 100% rewarding for the customer and the company. Gary and i feel they stepped up to the plate and took our issues and concerns seriously and rectified the situation . We are happy over all now with the out come. Gary and i would like to thank Paul And Brandon for following though and looking after our concerns.
