Aquamaster Drain, Plumbing & Waterproofing

Very profissional, the boys were in on a Saturday to start the job and finished on Monday , left everything very clean like nobody was there ! My Aunt is happy - thanks boys!!

When the snow started to melt, I discovered water leaking into my basement, so I immediately called Aquamaster. Within a couple of days, Fedor came to inspect the area and give me a quote. A few days later the workers arrived to repair the foundation. They did a great job and left the work site very clean. Everyone was professional and courteous.

This is the third time that I have hired Aquamaster and I am always happy with their service. I highly recommend this company!

We used Aqua Master to have a sump pump and backwater valve installed after experiencing basement flooding. We were very pleased with our experience. They waterproofed our cold room and poured concrete down on the floor after installing the pump & valve. It took the workers around 3 days spread over a week due to drying times, waiting for inspection etc. Fedor was very helpful in leading the team & in following up with us. Aqua Master took care of obtaining the needed permit for the work. They brought a lockbox for the house key to make their access easier if we wanted to be at work. We have a shared driveway with the neighbour and they brought a trailer for disposal that could be moved in and out so as not to inconvenience anyone. The crew was very respectful and took the time to put on protective booties when they entered the house. Fedor helped us to fill out the City rebate forms. We're still waiting on the rebate - taking much longer than the 10 weeks we were expecting - and we will be following up. Overall very pleased with AquaMaster. Thanks, Fedor and crew! We had an excellent experience with Aquamaster waterproofing, from start to finish. They have a professional and knowledgeable crew. It was a big job – exterior waterproofing of three basement walls in the end of the season when the weather was not much of help. But the job was done quickly and on time. The guys even saved our spruce and spirea shrub. After the job was completed they cleaned up the site and removed the waist. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again when needed. 2nd time working with Fedor and his team. First time was for some plumbing. This time we lowered our home 2ft (this was in Dec 2017).

Overall the execution was great. They covered up everything before hand, were very cautious from a safety perspective and cleaned up after the job was done. They even repaired minor plumbing that broke over the winter dig. All in all i would def recommend Fedor; however I would be press for assurances on the below 2 points.

I took off 2 point from a planning perspective which I think Aquamaster should have been able to account for.
1) preference was to not have to put in a sewage ejector pump. Was reassurance that the grade of the drain would be ok. Of course after Day 1, they realized the grade wasn't enough to support the needed slope to the back of the house. We had to add a sewage ejector.

2) We wanted to put in a back flow valve. Aquamaster didn't account for the size of the box, which meant a ~15' bump out from the floor we just lowered - so we had to skip the BFV

Fedor and his crew did a great job lowering a small section of my basement. I had received quotes from them before on other projects and was always impressed by their responsiveness so I decided I would use them this time, provided they continued to be communicate well and their quote was in line with other companies. It was. And their work throughout the project was great too. I'll use them again if the opportunity arises.

Fedor and his crew installed a waterproofing system along one wall of our house and a sump pump. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Great follow-up as well when there was some settling a couple of months after - they came back and made the necessary additional repairs.

All workers are very professional.
The construction work was supervised by licensed engineers.
The guys worked 10 h a day and the job was complete ahead of schedule.
The estimation was done accurately with no extra charges afterwards.
They cleaned after themselves.
I am very happy with service and the results .

Your wonderful workers Paco and Dushan finished waterproofing part of our basement in two days. They have done a beautiful job, we’re polite and helpful and left the basement and garden tidy and as clean a possible. Our contractor will be making more mess so there was no need to do more.

Aquamaster repaired 2 leaks in our foundation (both from cracks in our foundation were repaired from the outside). They were quick, efficient and did a great job sealing both cracks and returning our interlock walkway to its original form. Job was completed in one day. We would recommend Aquamaster should you need any work done on leaky foundation.
