I only had a few small jobs but Fedor got in touch and scheduled a visit right away at no cost. He was professional, knowledgable and explained things very clearly, offering a few different solutions to my problems, and made good recommendations. The work was done quickly, they were promt, cleaned up (even took an old toilet with them) and I was very happy with the work.

Fedor responded immediately to all emails and all suggestions. Victor and Slavic, who did the backbreaking work of digging a trench in 35 degree temperatures, worked non-stop and were thoroughly professional. The work was done well and quickly. Fedor came to our house promptly to discuss our waterproofing issues, and took the time to have a look at our basement and drainage, explain how waterproofing and backflow prevention systems work and suggest solutions for us.

All of the work was completed on time and on budget. Fedor's crews were very careful in their work, and left the work areas looking clean and tidy. Fedor kept in contact with us and attended the work site regularly. We particularly appreciated that he advised us about some issues discovered in the course of the work, and discussed solutions with us.
