Fedor and his team were excellent.
We had flooding due to all the rain and likely the ancient weeping/drain system.
Fedor assessed the basement, gave a quote, and the team completed the work in about 2 weeks. We did the entire inside of the basement with weeping tiles and membrane, and all the drains were checked, cleared, re-routed if needed, and fixed.

We're ready for the rain and snow!

When I called Fedor I was in a complete panic. My basement tenants woke me at 6AM to tell me that their toilet had backed up, and the basement was flooded. The first call I made was to Aquamaster, as they had good reviews and were local.

Fedor arrived 30 minutes after my call, and within 15 minutes had sourced AND fixed the issue! He was super professional and great to deal with.

But the icing on the cake was that he told us not to worry about payment. He could see that we had enough to stress over, given we were going to need to rip up the entire floor, and said that a review would be worth more than payment to him.

He did wonders for the water levels (getting things to drain), and even more for our stress levels. I wouldn't expect him to service your home for free, but can recommend him 1000%, whatever the cost!

We had some bathroom plumbing leaking through our ceiling into our kitchen. Yuriy was able to find the source of the leak - a widespread plumbing disaster from a totally unqualified contractor! Even though it was a much bigger problem than we had anticipated, they were able to correct the issues within a very short time period. They completed a huge amount of work in just a few days, leaving the job site extremely safe and tidy for us each night. Yuriy and his colleagues were very helpful and accommodating, and have given us confidence in the long-term safety and utility of our family home. Can't thank the crew enough and would absolutely recommend them to anyone - in fact, we asked that an ad sign be placed on our lawn for a couple weeks so that passers-by can hire them too!

Job was done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Very curious and nice. 25 year warranty was a bonus. Fixed the seepage occurring in my basement by adding weeping tile and a sump pump.

Can't say enough good things about Fedor and his team. I called in a bit of a panic as our cold room had flooded and we were getting our basement renovated. Fedor promptly came by for a personal inspection and provided some insight as to what my options were. At no point did he pressure me into selecting his company or any of his options, he left it all to me. The whole estimate process was very friendly and transparent.

When time came to do the work, opted to have my whole wall waterproofed (roughly 55 feet), the Aqua Master team came in and promptly completed the work within the quoted timeframe. I was impressed on how clean they left the site once the work was done and how delicate they were to ensure everything was put back the way it needed to be.

We did have one problem, our sprinkler control line accidentally got cut. As soon as I informed Fedor, he quickly told me to get a quote and that Aqua master would pay for the repair!

They did an excellent job and i would not hesitate one bit in recommending Aqua master to anyone for waterproofing work.

I have never ever have such professionalism by any contractors. I had a leaky basement that needed cracks to be repaired. It took them well over 12 hours to finish the job, but i could see that guys were tiered. But they never gave up and said will come finish job tomorrow (it started raining by evening btw). They kept at it and finished it that night at 11. You would expect anyone else to do lousy job after they get tired but not these guys. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants to fix foundation cracks. Worth every penny!!!!!
