Fixer On The Roof

We have had a leak from a light fixture in our basement coming from a large picture window on the main floor. Two other semi-professional people re-caulked the window but it still leaked when it rained.

This past two weeks, with so much rain, the problem was getting worse. We checked and found FIXERONTHEROOF - looked at their site and read the reviews and policies and liked what we saw. Dealing with them has been a pleasure. The window had been fixed as per their quote and also on time. Even as I write, it's pouring outside and the ceiling fixture in the basement is DRY. The Fixer is a professional company that truly focuses on providing great customer service and experience. From my initial phone call to the work completion, I was fully informed during the entire process. I appreciate Arthur's patience and detail explaination on the root cause and the needed repair work during his assessment and estimate for my roof/valley leak. The crew (unfortunately, I did not get their names) was professional and took their time in showing me the before and after photos and their detail explaination of the work done. I like the efficient use of e-mail and the "paperless" approach for a roofing company. I am confident that the Fixer will take care of any after sale requests I may have. I would recommend anyone to use the Fixer for roofing needs. I WILL be calling them when I need a new roof (a long time from now).

I had contracted Fixer on The Roof to redo my garage roof last year. Arthur and his crew did such an amazing job that I called him again this year to work on a new roof for the house. As expected, my experience was first rate from quote to completion of the work. Trish was diligent and flexible in her scheduling of the job, which had to dove-tail some masonry work that was being done on the parapet wall. Once, the masons were done Arthur and his crew were ready to go. They did an amazing job, with the flat and pitched roof, as well as the flashing on the parapet wall. I found fixer on the roof from this site, and was impressed with all the great reviews they had. My roof was leaking and needed to be replaced. I contacted Trish at FIXER and within 48 hours she had someone out to take a look and emailed me a quote. The price was reasonable and I was happy to know they had WSIB coverage and a Toronto license.
My whole roof was done in a few days. All garbage was taken and my property was left clean. Workers from Fixer were polite and professional. I know they are now doing a few of my neighbors. I would highly recommend them if you need a roof.

The true test of a good company is deciding to use them in the first place and then based on that experience, using them again. Arthur, "The Roof Whisperer", came in (again) to solve a challenge on our roof. He found a way to solve a $6,000 spray foam insulation/drywall roof job with an ingenious solution to vent our 3rd floor roof (approved by our engineer no less). The 3 person crew (including Arthur) executed the job quickly and cleanly... We will use these guys again and again...

Fixer on the Roof was recommended by my Real Estate Agent. In the past I had a very bad experience with a contractor and was worried that the same would happen again.

Within days of contacting Trish I was given a quote listing all of the work that would be done and anything unforeseen that might occur. A bit nervous, I accepted the quote. I was given a start date and after that I was informed of changes to that date because of weather situations. I never once had to call to find out what was happening. When the day arrived for work to begin I was told it would take 2 days and that is exactly the amount of time that it took. There were no unforeseen costs, my property was left very clean and the work was very well done.

These guys did a great job. Arrived on time, finished on time. They were also kind enough to repair a couple of other minor problems on my roof.
Will have them back next year to repair some aluminum trim.

Fixer on the Roof replaced our roof, which was badly in need of repair. We asked several roofers for quotes on the job, but Fixer on the Roof was the only company that provided us with pictures and a video of the roof along with their quote. We knew the roof was bad, but the pictures revealed a couple of holes! Fixer on the Roof put up a tarp until they came to start the job a couple days later.

While removing the shingles, they discovered that we needed new plywood for the entire roof. But the company was very careful to contact us before completing this work to let us know of the increase in cost.

Fixer on the Roof also found some structural problems with the roof of an enclosed deck in the back of the house, and replaced rotted joists, as well as the roof itself. They also put in several vents.

They cleaned up very well after the job, and they were very easy to reach with questions. Our roof was a complete mess and now it looks great. We would recommend Fixer on the Roof to anyone in the area.
