Fixer on the roof provide very fast estimates and overall a very good clean job in fixing up my roof. I would recommend them to any one who needs to have repairs done on their roof.

Fixer on the Roof connected me with a smaller company called Flawless Roofing Systems to replace my flat roof of 450 sq. feet. First of all, they were extremely courteous. Their estimate was detailed and they were available for questions. Where I had previously felt gouged by other estimates with all kinds of unnecessary work deemed necessary, I found Flawless had the best pricing and no cash-grabs. The work was complete in a little over a day, and the clean-up left my property cleaner than when they came. I'm happy with the price, the workmanship, and the service.

We have a 3 story house. Last year water started leaking from our flat roof and coming to a 3rd floor window, but it only happened during an unusually heavy downpour. Since it only happened a few times in a year, the source of the leak was very hard to trace. We hired a roofing company, which shall go nameless, to fix it. They said they found the problem but the next time there was a big downpour, water was till leaking into the house. We called them back a couple of times but they just could not fix the problem. It was frustrating and I even got up on the roof with patching material to see if I could find the leak myself, but water still came in. We decided we needed to find someone with more expertise. I found Fixer on The Roof on Homestars and decided to give them a call for an estimate. Rick was very knowledgeable about the materials used on our flat roof and spotted an installation error which would be enough to cause a leak during a heavy downpour. Since I had been through this before, I questioned him closely and his answers were detailed and demonstrated a real knowledge about roofing. Rick fomulated a solution to the problem. Again I asked a lot of questions and Rick explained why his solution should stop our leak. The estimate was reasonable since the work involved a cap layer being put over the entire roof, and it did not involve replacing the roof at great cost. I felt enough confidence in Rick to hire Fixer on The Roof without even getting another estimate. My thinking was that this leak obviously was not going to be fixed by a guy with a caulking gun. Fixer on The Roof came out to do the work right away. Bruce, Rick and another roofer were able to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. Bruce even painted a metal roof vent so everything would look tidy. There's been a couple of very heavy rains since then, but no water has been coming in. So far so good. The work they did has a 5 year guarantee.

Trish was super efficient, friendly and good communicator. Every trades person should have one like her and they would all be a pleasure to deal with :-) This for for a property I manage. Roof was done in a timely manner and we are sure it will stand the test of time.

Our daycare had a big leak through the roof. The roofer came right the way after my call, gave me a great explanation of the job required to fix this problem . The company accommodated our time line and afterwards they follow up to review the results. We had few rainy heavy rains their right after and no leak :)

Noticed water overflowing our eaves trough. Fixer came out and fixed the issue, as well as identifying other issues that if left would've ended with water damage.

My roof was leaking in two places: around the chimney and an air vent. The said they fixed the problem, I paid them, the roof continued to leak. When I called to complain, they said too bad we don't warranty our work. I paid them $600 for nothing. Shameful.

I have had ongoing "mystery"leaks since my townhouse was built. Turns out the builder warranty is no longer valid so I called these guys to fix the leak sources, wen I saw them fixing my neighbours skylight. The roofer let me know it was something called a tying in issue where two differnt roofs meet in my case cedar roof and flat roof there wasn't proper flashing or water proofing done!I am grateful because I don't need a new roof...yet...now I know who to call for an honest opinion!
