Fixer On The Roof

I thought my roof needed more work, and no other contractor would correct me and inform me of what the true issue was. Arthur not only knew the source of the leak but reassured me that I only needed to repair the issue and not rebuild that section of the roof. Its been a very pleasant experience and I hope to hire FoTR again in the spring for some repairs on the siding and flat roof.

We had been experiencing water seepage in our basement and thought we had to completely replace our roof and eavestroughs. As it turned out the roof had to only be partially replaced and another section repaired. We'll now get another few years before we have to replace the older repaired roof.

Fixer on the Roof came out to review the roof, provided a solution and a written quote. They came on time to do the roofwork and had it done in the time they stated. Damage was done to one of the roofs by another company after Fixer had completed its work, but Fixer came back and repaired the other company's damage!

All in all we were very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a small leak around a vent in a washroom. The company answered the email within 1/2 day - came when they said and did the repair in timely manner.

They also gave us a couple of pictures showing the work. Staff were friendly.

I hired Fixer on the Roof as we had some soffit damage and a leak coming from our cedar shake siding which had been installed incorrectly by the last roofer we hired. They repaired it beautifully and the picture sets were genius. I got to see the repair in progress and was kept up to date with email and phone contact updates. I like the way they do business so much I convinced my work to hire them to repair our flat roof leak as well.
Trust me when I say this you can hire cheaper roofers but you will get what you pay for...these guys are worth their weight in gold! I felt they did a great job and were reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again if I need any roof work done!

I am also extremely busy so I love that Trish and I were able to complete all the transactions from initial contact appointment through to final billing all through the email! I have no problem paying for quality when it is accompanied with a great customer service experience.
