Fantastic job. Crew arrived promptly and immediately got to work. They took precautions to protect the property (setting down tarps, protecting windows, etc.) and worked diligently and efficiently. They were very friendly and answered any questions we had concerning the work they were doing. They completely replaced the shingles of the roof in short order and were done by the end of ta single day. When they finished, they did an amazing job cleaning up around the property (seriously, it looked cleaner than before they started). Definitely highly recommended.

We highly recommend Royal Roofing.The guys made sure everything is covered around the house before starting work. Nick suggested to replace the downspout attached to the garage and to extend the downspouts above the garage. Nick installed new downspouts as promised. They finished the job within two days in a quick, safe and professional manner.

Nick and his team were very professional as far as I can judge. They seem to really care about the quality of their work, and cleaned really well after work. to my request they checked soffit ventilation and showed me photos that they were clean. Nick also made the downspout from the upper roof go directly to the lower eaves instead of the lower roof and went to great length trying to find matching colour. However, he only did it for one downspout and not the other, which he probably missed. The other thing we discussed is adding another vent because we had mould in the attic. When I reminded him of this, he checked and said it was not needed. All the other companies I asked for offers suggested it so I'm still concerned. Lastly, it took longer then he said from when we signed the contract until they did the work, but when he committed to a date he made it. Except for these issues, I'm very happy with the quality of work and service.

Royal was easy to deal with, friendly, prompt and quickly replaced our flat roof. Old roof removed rather than an overlay, replaced what was needed and this was completed in one day.

We used Royal Roofing to to reshingle our house and garage roofs. I would highly recommend this company. They worked extremely hard and completed all the work needed in 1 day. they also left the property very clean putting all the outdoor furniture, ect. back in there original place.

I highly recommend Royal Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. I think it all starts from the boss- Nick, the most honest roofer that I have seen. Great guys, came early morning, covered the perimeter of the house. I have a baby and was afraid to leave my wife alone with the baby while guys were working. We expected the project would take much more time and we were prepearing for a "disaster". Apparently, by 5 PM the roof was repaired and new shingles were installed. The guys cleaned up the area, even my neighbors backyard. When I came back from work I could not believe that the project is all done and everything is so clean around the house.

In bitter cold February our flat roof began to leak in our T.O. semi; we found Royal Roofing online, called at 9 p.m. Nick was there early next morning, used an infrared camera to show us all the water in the ceiling. Two days later he came, took photos on the roof, gave us an estimate & full details. The contract outlined everything well. Because of extreme cold and snow, we had to wait 2 weeks for work to begin. Nick and his crew came on time, worked hard, so personable, always keeping us informed with daily photos of the flat roof in progress. The work took 2 /12 days. Excellent clean-up. (They even came back a month later to do further clean-up!). This May, Royal Roofing will be doing new shingles for us, as well. We recommend them, absolutely.

I have three rental properties and this is the fourth time I've used them. And even though it is was a small job, they did it right away. They were finished even before I knew they had started. Louie and Nick are quality guys that do good work. You can't go wrong with them.

We hired Royal Roofing for our new build in Oakville. Nick and his crews did an excellent job on our flat roof. We had to correct a couple of issues after Royal Roofing completed their job, at no fault of Royal Roofing but caused by some other trades. Royal Roofing stepped up to make the necessary repairs at a reasonable cost. Nick even replaced some missing shingles from our existing home and our neighbor’s, after the powerful wind storm back in November 2014, in a very timely manner. The Royal Roofing crews are very professional, quick, organized and know what they are doing.

I would hire Nick and his crew again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing job.
