From initial contact, to completion of the job, Paul was an absolute professional. He called me back the next day after my initial reach out to him about my job.

When he came over to look at the job and provide an estimate, he arrived on time and on the day he said he would. He took the time to properly look at the work that needed to be done (measured all 8 doors, all 8 frames, etc...). He took the time to answer questions I had. He was also very, very kind to my 3-year-old twins - answering 3-year-old twin-type questions.

After getting an estimate from Paul, it was agreed that he would do the job. Again, he came on the day he said he would and at the time he said he would. He also finished the job within the time he had estimated and within budget.

Paul was an absolute pro, did the job he said he would, and exceeded my expectations. As the subject line says, I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again in the future. He was great.
