Living Room and office library. What an amazing craftsman! Peter has a great eye for detail. He was polite, efficient, stayed right on budget and we couldn't be happier with the project. He is a bit of a perfectionist and works on details most people wouldn't notice. Great work, we would love to work with him again and have recommended him to many friends.

In my line of work, I get a lot of requests to refer people to Contractors, based on the fact that I know of them or Insure them.

The cabinets that came with the Condo were not enough to satisfy our requirements, and you sourced out the exact same cabinets and seamlessly added them to make the kitchen a lot more functional. You were very quick and thorough, and didn’t leave a mess behind after the work was completed, and for that I thank you.

The carpenter/owner for this company was a refreshing person to deal with for both myself and my husband. He listened to what we wanted, he was very open minded and helpful in every way and he helped us understand what we could and could not do in our space. He took a design of custom cabinets from a magazine photo I had found, tweaked it a bit for our kitchen and recreated it to a perfect match. He and his assistants were always helpful, cheerful and ready to work. I felt comfortable with them in our home and I cannot wait to get started on our next project together. CSR was a great company to deal with.

I have used HS for finding a contractor in the past but the last one really screwed us over. I was very hesitant to use this site again but (read reviews) I found a great carpet guy and blinds guy via homestars, so I thought I would try again. After interviewing about 5 that I picked through HS, I still couldn't find one that I felt I could trust. Luckily a friend referred us to Peter from CSR Carpentry & Custom Remodelling and after calling all his references and looking at his work, (and this is the most imprtant point) my wife really liked him. I have not regretted this decision. He is not the least expensive nor the most, he was a week late on his promise to complete the job but it went smoothly and looks great, there was no difficulty in getting a hold of him and he was very helpful and patience with us. Why are there not more contractors like him? Any ways, if you are looking for someone who you can trust, with good work ethics, knowledgable and a greta end product, I'd suggest you give Peter a call to see what he can do for you. (I'll post some after pictures in a few days)
