Milan and his team transformed our bathroom from dysfunctional and dreary to bright and spacious. The space was a difficult layout and they were able to completely rethink the layout. Excellent workmanship and a pleasure to work with. Highest praise.

We contracted with Renocon Design Centre to complete a comprehensive renovation or our condominium unit located in a four unit Heritage Craftsmen Style building in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver. We originally discovered Renocon in 2016 when we attended the Vancouver Home Show and were impressed both with their well designed booth and their people who were very helpful explaining how Renocon managed the renovation process. Subsequently we met with Milan and Zami to discuss our renovation wish list and they were very helpful in providing design ideas, explaining the process, timing, cost etc. Prior to signing a contract we had several meetings both in their office and at our home to discuss the renovation. Having watched so many disastrous renovations on HGTV we were very leery of entering into a renovation contract however Milan took the time to allay our fears by providing references as well as a tour of a renovation that they were working on and we completed our own research by checking reviews on various web sites. We were impressed with the feedback we received and decided to proceed with Renocon.

Our renovation involved the total remodel of our main floor including a larger re-designed kitchen, new flooring, new lighting and re-facing the fireplace. We also totally renovated our master bathroom and guest bathroom. During the entire process Milan and Zami and their construction crew were very responsive to our needs and addressed problems quickly and to our satisfaction. No renovation goes exactly as planned and the true test is how your contractor deals with issues when they arise. Throughout our renovation Renocon made sure all issues were dealt with promptly, clearly communicating our options and standing behind their work to ensure that we were happy with the end result.

The bottom line is that we are extremely pleased with our renovation, and highly recommend Renocon, Milan, Zami and their entire team.

Having just completed my kitchen and office renovation, I can whole-heartedly endorse Milan and the team at Renocon. The teardown and cabinet installation was done while I was out of the country and I appreciated Milan handling the project for me, but keeping in touch as needed. From beginning to end, I loved having only one point of contact and knowing that I could rely on Milan to respond promptly to any query or request. Every one of the sub-contractors who came to my home was professional, skilled, and friendly. Milan and designer Zami helped me to make some choices that I might not have made on my own but am very happy with. We engaged Renocon for a total redo of our condo and we were very pleased with the end result. They were very creative, easy to work with (lots of fun too) and the place exceeded expectations on every front.

Renocon did a fabulous job transforming a condo with good bones but a tired and dated feel into an elegant modern space that has more than met the approval of three architect friends. All three were impressed with the quality of the finished product and with the wisdom of the design advice I received. Renocon finished the project on budget notwithstanding my frequent requests for minor changes during the renovation process itself and on time although the work was carried out in the very busy pre Christmas period. I wish to single out the contribution of Golnaz Afkhami, the team leader. Her advice on the entrance hall, the flooring for the kitchen and the size and type of base boards was invaluable and saved me from making a number of errors. Her complete re-design of the old fireplace was brilliant. The new one is the centrepiece of the living room. The success of the renovation was the result of teamwork; Renocon has a first rate team of professionals. They will certainly be my choice for the next project.

Golnaz Afkhami at Renocon helped us redesign the inside of our heritage home with an ultra-modern, minimalist design. She was hands on throughout the entire process and helped the project flow smoothly from concept to execution. Everything came together perfectly. Being able to match everything together would be difficult for us to achieve alone, it is amazing how many shades of white there are. Getting the floors, tiles, cabinets and paint to all have a slightly different shade and still match was a challenge that we wouldn't have been able to do by ourselves.

The work was performed some by us and some by outside contractors. Everybody recommended by Renocon were extremely efficient and professional and gave excellent results very quickly. We probably spent close to $200,000 all in.

We would highly recommend Renocon. Milan was super helpful to get us an amazing price on the wood flooring. Then really good service, EXACTLY on the schedule he promised. Adrian was the installer and very precise work. They were a very professional all the way through. The floor looks just great.

Excellent work! We had high standards for our home renovations, but they were completed on time and exceeded our expectations. Their staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I am very happy with Milan and Renocon. We needed our rental condo updated for sale. Milan suggested removing the carpet, laying grey laminate, new trim and baseboards, white walls and light fixtures. It looks great! Best of all, it was easy, as Renocon has all the tradesmen and you do not have to deal separately with each one. Great job! Done on time and in budget.
