I booked my usual pool opening service. I had to text a few times, to get a response but not unusual given how busy they are. Service booked and confirmed by text. Confirmed day came and went. I texted again. No response. I text a week later. No response. I text ANOTHER week later. Again, nothing. We just wanted our pool opened by our (formerly) great pool company, Premier Pools.
It was the weirdest experience EVER. I have been a customer for many years now and have had a liner replaced and a whole new salt water system replaced by Leni, so have spent a fair chunk of $$ with them.
To be completely ignored is unacceptable. I read in the reviews that the same thing happened to someone else. If you’re busy, fine, just let me know but don’t ignore your clients. Not a good way to run your business.

I noticed my liner had a gaping rip in it yesterday. I emailed a picture to Lenni and he was at my house an hour later, on a Sunday afternoon!!! My neighbours were in shock!!!!
Cover removed (and taken away), problem diagnosed quickly and Lenni will come back in a few weeks to open my AGP. Hopefully, the minute hole in the liner will be easy to patch and we can enjoy our little oasis in the city once more!
Thank you Lenni and Jodi for coming SO FAST. Now I know why so many rate you so very highly. Amazing service!
