Bowman masonry did an excellent job for me. They completed my project in a timely manor, worked safely using scaffolding and tie-offs, and left a clean work site. I found the them to be very professional. I would use them again.

Bowman Masonry Restoration Ltd. completed a rebuild of 3 double chimneys on our house. This was a big project that they completed with great attention to detail, keeping the site clean and doing quality work in a timely manner. We were very impressed by the detailed brick design which matched the original artistic brick layout that was originally used. All of the people involved in the work were very respectful and considerate and great to interact with. I would highly recommend using Bowman Masonry.

My house on Palmerston Blvd in The Annex is over 100 years old and had holes in the chimney. I'd called another chimney company whose name I got from HomeStars. I was going to go with them but decided to get a 2nd quote.

Guy's quote came in a fair bit less than the first quote probably because the first guy gets a commission and factors that in. Guy's quote was also more detailed.

His crew was super-polite, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of the property, both inside and outside. Everything was covered up to ensure nothing got damaged.

I've already referred a neighbor to Bowman Masonry and hope to use them to rebuild a garage on another property.

Guy Bowman did an amazing job on rebuilding our old almost unusable fireplace with a Rumford fireplace. They demolished our old hearth and rebuild the entire thing, including a new liner and a Rumford fireplace which gives us amazing fires (easy to light and maintain). Their work included a beautiful natural brick fireplace surround and hearth which look so great that we decided not to tile it. Guy was always pleasant and on time and budget! I highly recommend Guy and the Rumford system.

The Chimney looks great! They did a great job of matching the bricks. Also, the finishing touches are well done as well. The crew was professional and left the site very clean. We would highly recommend them.

Guy Bowman is the best. He made sure to get the job done on time and he personally came back to make a small alteration when a measurement was in question. The guy is also pretty slick with a masonry saw.

Our 90 year old fireplace started leaning forward during renovations, so the face needed to be rebuilt. We did a lot of shopping around. Guy Bowman was quick to attend, provide a quote and get the job done fast (quality work, too). And of course his price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with him. This is my first time commenting on HomeStars, but I felt it was the least I could do for Guy, as a thank you. Bowman Masonry did some brick work for me a while ago. They were excellent. The guys were very professional. I think it was the owner’s son and another guy who did the work. They were on time more or less, which all you can expect in downtown Toronto. I didn’t get any other quotes for the work so I can’t say much about the price, but I wouldn’t definitely recommend these guys.
