Mr. Electric of GTA West

We had a contractor that we hired that was unable to perform the work required, as they did not understand how to do it.

We called Mr Electric, they were amazing. They asked what the scope of work was, they booked an electrician to come out to provide a quote. Once the quote was provided and accepted, they offered to do the work immediately. They electrician then left to get parts, came back within an hour to get started.

As the job progressed, the electrician had some challenges, discussed them with us, went to get some more parts, came back and got the job done in the same afternoon.

Incredibly professional, personable and true to their word - would not hesitate to use them again.

Mr. Electric was prompt with their response, on time and fully explained the cost of the project before proceeding. We are very happy with the work and customer service. Even though it was a small job, they did not overcharge or take their time in setting up an appointment.

Estimate was made of the workload by Adrian. A date was selected and work commenced. Work was completed in jig time despite working in tight quarters.The men had to wait nearly 3 hours for hydro to reconnect power.Happy with the price and the workmanship.

Our sauna unit finally broke down after 21 years of service. We purchased a new unit and called Mr Electric to install it. They were able to do the job the next day. The electrician, Ryan, was both efficient and personable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, checking to ensure our current voltage met with the new unit too.
I have called upon Mr Electric in past and they continue to impress me on their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you!

I messed up my Fan wiring. Called Mr. Electric, they dispatched electrician next day. He fixed wiring, installed fan and cleaned up mess I made in less than an hour. More importantly, he was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. Awesome customer service. Very impressed. Will use Mr. Electric again. Thank you.

the outlet was not working and it was the reset on the outlet , Ryan came out and show us where the reset button was and was courteous and on time. great customer service

Everything was very professionally handled, although a reschedule had to happen, it was done efficiently and gave me lots of time to change my plans. The electrician arrived within the window indicated, he was knowledgeable and efficient. So I thank Gary and he even liked my dog! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Love this company from its telephone greeting right down to the electrician they sent. Here's a small step taken by Mr. E but actually adds to an excellent client experience: Mr. E sent me an email prior to the appointment confirming the name of the electrician with picture included!

Electrician (Ryan) was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained patiently why my electrical panel was sparking; was very polite and answered all my questions. Would use Mr E again and gladly recommend the company to anyone requiring electrical work.

I had the pleasure of Ryan Stevenart come to my home to do some electrical work and repairs in my laundry room and he was AMAZING !!!! So polite, so prompt for the estimate then again the day the work was scheduled, so professional and hard working! I was so impressed!!!! He even fixed & realigned the hose from my dryer to be look better, be more efficient space wise lining it up with my new washer and safer readjusting the hose.. My goodness, I felt like he was an angel!
I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond everything else he accomplished today ! He was so thorough and knowledgeable !!
