Reguested technician Devin Cristobal as we have used him before and found he is excellent in customer service and work done. He des cribes his work and suggests ways to improve or if you ask about a future job he will explain and make suggestions. Would definitely have all our electrical work done by Mr. Electric if all employees are like Devin. Also email communication is through.

The job was done well. The Mr.Electric tech was very professional & nice. However our Prepaid membership did not apply for their services!! When we purchased the membership through Mr.Rooter , we were informed it covered All Mr. companies!! It's always been applied for Mr.Rooter work in our home!! So buyer beware, on purchasing a Membership & what is really covered!! I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for All our future Plumbing items:)

Efficient, Knowledgeable, and Professional

Mr. Electric was fast and efficient. We especially liked the emails notifying us of who was coming and when they would arrive. Our electrician, Ed Bishop, arrived on time, was extremely professional, and knowledgeable about everything that had to be done. He was very pleasant to deal with and pointed out a number of things that should be updated to code which made us feel safer in our home. We will be calling Mr. Electric again for more work and recommend them highly to our friends and neighbours.

I was very impressed with Gary's high level of professionalism from the moment he walked into my house. He promptly identified the issues I was having, put in place the necessary fixes and repaired everything within an hour. I would highly recommend using Mr. Electric GTA West!

Devon Christobal is truley a gifted electrician. He is efficient, reliable, trustworthy, honest and so humble. I had had him do 2 of my houses And he didnt leave any messes and was so polite to talk with. I would have him do more electrical work in the future for sure. Plus Susan Brant the office manager/dispatch manager is amasing.

Highly satisfied customer. Definitely recommend
