We collected 6 quotes to replace all the windows and doors in our 2-storey 30-year-old home. Vinyl-Pro was competitively placed amongst other well established firms and came highly recommended by a friend. In comparing the products we felt Vinyl-Pro was clearly offering the best value. Igor and his team did a fabulous job from start to finish. They started on schedule and in just 2 days they had the whole job done! They were very respectful of our home and their craftsmanship was very professional.

We had several windows in our 24 year old home that needed to be replaced. We met and got quotes from numerous window replacement companies and deemed Vinyl Pro to be a great choice. Key reasons being quality of product, reviews on this site, the level of comfort and honesty that we got with Igor and Erika and the fact that the product was very competively priced, especially when considering the quality compared to a lot of other lesser quality products out there. After weighing all the costs and benefits we decided to replace the whole house plus garden doors!!
BUT, the part that impressed us SO MUCH was the fact that this entire team did everything they said they were going to do WHEN they said they were going to do it and they stayed in constant communication all the way through. This may sound simple but it does not always happen in todays world of questionable contractors. Vinyl Pro is simply top notch.
The installers were amazing. Fast, accurate, detailed and professional. We love the new windows, they look great and we can already notice a difference in the fact they they keep our house cooler in the summer.
I did a lot of research when making this purchase decision and I am pleased to say I made 100% the right choice......you should too. You will not be dissappointed.

I had originally written a great review for this company. They replaced all my windows in July 2012 and they were professional and reliable and the windows were great quality. A year later in June 2013 my large picture window cracked due to a defect and despite having some issues getting a hold of them, it was replaced at no cost. However this fall, the same window cracked again in the same way. After initially getting in touch with the company and being told someone would come out to look at the window to see why it was cracking, I haven't heard a thing back and all of my calls and messages have gone unanswered. I don't know what happened, but this company is not the same one I started with. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. I am now left with a very large cracked window that I will have to pay to replace with a different company. Will definitely not be recommending this company or using them again.

Igor and his staff are very neat and efficient.this is the second job they have done for us and would definitely reccomend to everyone. their pricing was very competitive and they came and istalled them when they said they would. not something that happens all that often when it comes to contractors. Last fall (2011) we replaced all the exterior windows in our 30 yr. old home. A total of 14 windows plus 2 large bay windows, a garden, patio door and a steel side door. All the windows are triple pane except the garden door, one basement window and the side door window which have dual pane glass. Igor and Erica the owners are very pleasant to deal with as are their trades people Alex and Micheal. The workmanship is stunning and second to none. The work was supposed to be completed in 3 days, however due to some unforseen problems, (moisture damage under one bay window) the work had to extend to an addtional 1.5 days. The guys including Igor worked till late in the evenings usually till 6-7pm to get the job done on time. They did the carpentry for correcting the moisture damage themselves so I did not have to get a carpenter to complete the job. A couple of months later, they contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the results. I am so impressed with the workmanship that I will ask Igor to install some capping on my garage door as well. Definitely recommend this company without any reservation.

Everyone at Vinyl Pro is very customer service oriented. The estimator is right on target with price and he is very knowledgeable about the product. Igor (the boss) came out more than once to ensure that the new Hunter Douglas blinds we had previously installed would fit the new windows. Erika showed us around the showroom so that we had a better idea of what our windows would look like. We love the privacy glass in the bathroom that she recommended. Alex and Michael (the installers) are very hard workers. They were a couple of the nicest and most professional workers that we've seen in a long time. When the job was done, all the mess was cleaned up. We would recommend putting sheeting or plastic over furniture as there is some dust that presents itself. Other than that, they had all 10 windows installed in 1 day. We've noticed a difference already. The house is cooler and the new windows have reduced some of the outside noise. We had 4 estimates. Vinyl Pro wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but we are happy with our decision to hire them and recommend them to anyone searching for new windows.

The install was done quickly and efficiently, and the window looks great. I really noticed a difference in the room. It was warmer last winter, no drafts, and it's cooler in the summer (for a west facing window).
I had an problem with the hardware mechanism. When the owner, Igor, was made aware of the issue he called me immediately. We schelduled a repair for the next day. Igor came to the house himself to ensure the job was done right. The frame was adjusted and they completely replaced the hardware mechanism.
Igor demonstrated that he cares about his reputation and he stands behind his product. He told me that if I ever had any concerns to call him personally and he'll look after it.

I found Vinyl Pro online on Homestars and went through all of the reviews. I was impressed how many great reviews there were so I looked into their company further. I had done lots of research with five other companies over 4 months including going to the Home Show. We had a number of quotes and talked to a bunch of sales reps. After all of that we felt that Vinyl Pro provided the best window quality for our money and then we focused on installation and after going to the Vinyl Pro Showroom we were able to see the lenghts they would go through to do it right. I also really liked the way Igor (the Owner) handled all of my questions. Not once did he bad mouth the competition. He simply focused on the advantages of their product and the installation methods he uses and that was refreshing. Our job was not an easy installation, we relpaced 25 windows with many of them requiring larger openings. They worked tirelessly always taking care to try and keep the mess to a minimum. I watched them many times and noticed how they would be meticulous about small details, ensuring the windows were perfectly level, using special blu skin to ensure a water tight seal and cutting the interior trim so joints were flawless.

Rarely in this day and age with all of the "mike holmes" style issues you see with contractors do you find one that you can trust, and when Igor said to me , "trust me I will do the best job possible" do you beleive them. I was astounded at the measures that Igor and his guys went through to make this an easy transition for us and we were pleasantly surprised by the results. Our windows are flawless and I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them, in fact i already have.. Talk to Igor, do your research and you will be happy with what they deliver. Thank you Vinyl Pro!

After looking around at various window suppliers and going to everyones showroom. Igor and Vinyl Pro definetly made it to the top of the list. The information and willingness to answer any and all questions helped us choose Vinyl Pro. The window came in when predicted and the installation crew was on time and did a great job of making sure they didnt leave behind any evidence of a project. After the install Igor has called a few times to make sure the product is what he promised and its is. The window is great and the service and follow-up by Vinyl Pro has been excellent. Far exceeds the level of workmanship and quality we had previosly had at our old house by another window compnay in Edmonton in 2010.

I would recommend Vinyl Pro to anyone looking for this type of work to get done at there house. We will be calling Igor back out to our acreage when we are ready to change the rest of the windows.
