Cadaxx Design

This is the third time I've used cadaxx design as Alex is great working with me to ensure all my needs and visions are met. Will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Great people to work with. Cadaxx was very open to considering my ideas and asks. Very easy to set up the site visits and very accommodating to our schedule as well as our contractor all along the project timeline right through to the project completion.

Cadaax worked with our design team to provide detailed measured , drawings and facilitated securing services of structural and hvac engineers to prepare for bidding with contractors. They were also able to help us with suggestions for Contractors. Alex has been responsive, clear and patient and always able to answer questions.

As a builder/renovator, I have used Cadaxx Design several times. Alex is professional, helpful and prompt to stay within timelines. I will use him again, and would highly recommend him if you wish to have a stress-free experience.

We came to work with Alex through our work with The Reno Coach. All of our dealings with Alex were positive and all work was performed to our satisfaction. We left all dealings with the city with Alex, which included going through the Committee of Adjustment to obtain permits. Anyone who has been through a renovation can appreciate the value in that. His rates are very reasonable as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex for your project.

Tgey were EXTREMELY patient with me with my tears long project, and saw it through to fruition on my protracted timeline, yet always very respo side from there end. Alex did designs for an extensive renovation we undertook on a small bungalow in Etobicoke. We added an extension and second floor. We also had him back to do some detailed designs in the basement as well as a 3D model for a fireplace surround. Very approachable, experienced, and responsive. You won't be disappointed. Good planning is key to being happy with the end result and it helps to have experienced partners like Alex and his team.

We have asked for quote and consultation with a couple of architect design companies to remodel our bungalow from bottom to top. Finally, we chose Cadaxx Design with Alex Axelrod because of his instant response, knowledge and reasonable price. We are also very impressed with the transparent and straight communication of the payment by website online. We have made some back and forth change of the design and even after the 1st pan has been approved by the city. He has shown great patience and accommodated the change under the restriction of small space of the bungalow. Finally, we have our dream plan approved with 4 Bedroom/4 washrooms all with showers:) We are very satisfied with Alex's job and his office staff as well such as Stacie who has assisted us lot on the smooth communications for HVAC plan design and permit process. would like to recommend Cadaxx to my friends.
