Great friendly service, very knowledgable in their product, very informative, very professional and extremely reasonably priced in my opinion.

Wendell the owner was fast on his quote and sending it, Joe who installed my eavestroughs knew what he was doing like it was nothing and kept me in the loop at all times to what he was doing and where I wanted things without a fuss.

I actually left most of the deciding where to put things, up to Joe as he is the expert and it worked out to my satisfaction

Our eavestroughs were "tired". Wendell gave us a fair quote last year. The crew arrived on time and did a great job, and the office team was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Joe did a great job. He was very metoculous in his work and explained when something needed to be adjusted. He went above and beyond to complete the job. Joe was very personable and friendly. The clean up was amazing.

Our eavestroughs were in rough shape. Wendell gave us a quote to replace them and recommended moving downspouts to improve drainage. There was a miscommunication between the office and the crew which meant the crew didn't have the gutter protection we ordered when they arrived to install everything, but they apologized, did the prep they could, and came back first thing the next day (a Saturday, no less!). We were very happy with the work that was done and everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Would recommend!!

Eavestroughs are not the most exciting thing to get done, but it is essential.
Wendel came and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very honest and did not try to upsell me for things that did not need to be replaced. Soffit and Fascia were fine and other than being dirty, because they are white, they were in good shape. Added these in the quote just so I knew what the cost would be for the entire job.
Project ended up getting done sooner than they anticipated which was great to get this done and out of the way.
Tony came as promised promptly at 7am and was done and cleaned up by 10am. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I was informed that the workers would be at my residence on April 26 2021 at 8:am and they were right on time and did a walk around the house and they immediately began there prep work for replacing complete eavestroughs and downpipes. When the job was completed they cleaned the entire work area and did a walk around with me . Excellent quality workmanship and i would refer this Company to anybody.

After seeing the marvelous work The Eavestrough Company did for my neighbour, I asked them about replacing my aging eavestroughs. Everyone, from the person who took my phone calls, to the person who came out to provide an itemized quote, to the two men who did the work, has been very friendly, patient and professional. We found the Eavestrough Company to be very professional from the start of this process till the end. They communicated well throughout the job. Went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied.

For too long we had leaky eaves causing precarious skating rinks on our property. We had received a couple of quotes from different companies and spoken with people who had done their own. After hearing the 'do it yourself' horror stories, we decided we needed to hire someone, but it admittedly felt like a lot of money. Wendell patiently came out twice, four years apart to quote on our home and in the end, it was his informed, honest and no pressure demeanor that drew us to select The Eavestrough Company. Our only regret now is not having done it four years sooner! We had our eaves, soffit and fascia done in a sable colour. We also wanted to add lights and while they did not provide that service themselves, they did refer us to someone they have worked with before and they coordinated to get the work done on the same day. The work crews arrived at 9am and attacked the job like they were working on their own homes. They were professional, very courteous and actually left the property cleaner than they had found it. They were able to get the slopes of the eaves aligned to work properly without it being obvious. The materials are clearly great quality and the installation was professional. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and can confidently say, it was worth every penny.

Kudos to the team at "The Eavestrough Company" as my neighbours are now envying our brand new eavestroughs and downpipes. The experience from quotation to installation went super smooth and the result is a high-quality installation including the optional leaf protection. Re-routing some of the downpipes sorted out the flow, so no more flooding, leaking or leaf clearing.
