Wendell from The Eavestrough Company came to give us a quote. Out of the 5 quotes we received, TEC's prices was not the cheapest butright right in the middle. Wendell gave us the most information and detailed quote. He was really patient in explaining everthing to us. The quote given outlined the work, cost and their 10 year warranty. The work was excellent and done on time in the promised 6 weeks. We are very happy with the work provided . We also have to give our high regards for Faye, who answers the phone and does all the organizing. She was so great to deal with.

Very friendly and prefessional service. Wendell came out and gave a very detailed and clear estimate. I did not bother looking for others. Dusko was helpful and informative with regards to downspout placement. He and is partner were very efficient in the installation. I watched intently and asked many questions and Dusko always provided an answer and explained many things to me regarding the quality of materials he uses, they don't cheap out on poor quality materials. The job was very well done. I reccommended them to my neighbour and they hired them as well. It is nice to see a very customer focused company. Great Job.

This company did a fantastic job! From scheduling to the estimate visit to the actual install, they were fantastic.. The Eavestrough Company was friendly and helpful, from the call taker right through to the employees......the owner helped me figure some things out so that my new eavestroughs would work better. The good online reviews and the fact my neighbor gave a super referral helped me determine to go with this company.

The Eavestrough Company was recommended by our neighbour who is a roofing contractor. The company responded very quickly to our request for a quote. The estimate was reasonable and comparable to others that we got quotes from except The Eavestrough Company had a much better warranty of 10 years on workmanship. Dusko was professional, quick and they cleaned up, leaving the place better than it was. We would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Lots of rain this year led us to the conclusion that our eavestroughs were in desperate need of replacement. We had three companies come out and provide estimates for us. One company was, The Eavestrough Company. Arrangements for the estimate were unbelievably easy and the owner, Wendell, showed up on time. He gave great advise on what we could do to make our current eavestrough function better and took over an hour to talk through the job with us. We were also impressed with a very detailed and easy to read estimate when he was finished. We accepted his quote immediately and the job was started about 4 weeks later as promised. The workers were polite did not mind us coming out to ask occasional questions. We love our new eavestrough and best of all, the corners don't leak. Our experience with The Eavestrough Company was simply great.

We found The Eavestrough Company on HomeStars. We iked the service we received from Faye, who set up the appointment and Wendell who came out to do the estimiate.. Wendell was knowledgeable and brought samples so that we could choose our colour (Ironstone). He had a great suggestion on moving the downpipes out of the drains and to the other side of the house to drain the water onto the lawn.. The workers were courteous, efficient and did a great job on clean up. We are totally satisfied with The Eavestrough Company's work.

I recently had to shop around for someone to come replace a 2 story downspout that came down at our place. Where as some other companies had stringent minimums, Wendell let us combine my small job with my neighbour's medium job.

The job was done efficiently and to this day I have not even met Wendell. We handled everything via text and phone. He came out to colour match one day and then install another day.. all while I was at work. All I had to do was write the cheque.
