Overall an excellent experience
I had not been happy with my old eaves troughs for a while...leaks, plugs etc..in fact in late Feb I started to get some water issues that I discovered was caused by a plugged downspout... I went online to find a local contractor and was blown away by the incredible reviews for TEC, so I decide to contact them.... the customer service and response you receive when you phone them is top notch... Wendel came out the next day to give me a quote...before I signed up and even before he gave me the quote he unplugged my downspout to eliminate my immediate issue...the quote looked fair and Wendell answered any questions i had, and I signed up for the eavestrough replacement... due to the pandemic, I had to wait until they were considered essential business...they phoned me this morning and said they had an opening today...they came and replaced the eavestroughs and downspouts...looks fantastic....great workmanship...nice guys...perfect cleanup afterwards

The removal and replacement of our eavestrough on both the house and detached garage was completed in one day. The installer confirmed our choices as he worked in relation to the old and the new installation. We also had a new gutter protection put on the house. Joseph's crew worked consistently and cleaned up the property after the work was completed. We were well pleased with the workmanship and the completed look on the house.

I received 3 quotes for removal & installation of my eaves troughs & downspouts. I chose The Eavestrough Company based on reviews & quote. The work commenced within a week of receiving the quote. Due to collapsed dry wells the entire gutter system needed to be reconfigured. Three very polite & friendly young men came, during the Covic-19 epidemic, & removed the old gutters & with communication by phone, reinstalled the new system as requested. They were very professional in all aspects of the job. The work was done very professionally & looks great. The clean up was extremely thorough leaving nothing behind. I would strongly recommend this company.

In fall 2019, we needed our eavestrough done in a hurry!
We were inching towards the bad weather fast, and our eaves were not going to hold up over the winter.
The eavestrough company came out and gave us not only a competitive quote but one that make the 5 other quotes we received laughable!
They were timely in setting up a time to get the work done, during a very busy fall season, even with all the bad weather we received early in the season.
The work they completed was fantastic. The team was fast during tear down and took their time to do the work right, as they put the new eaves on the house.
The lead from the team was great to work with. He explained all the steps, answered questions without pause, and made us feel secure that he was knowledgable about his work.
When he saw we had a satellite on the eaves he checked with us before making any changes. We were concerned how the eaves in that section would look when he asked him not to remove the section. We were amazed how the team was able to make the repairs and you can't tell in the slightest that a replacement wasn't done in that section.
Overall we are incredibly happy with the work, the team, and the company overall!

From the beginning the estimator was very thorough and made some very good and helpful suggestions. Once our roof was replaced and we contacted the office we were quickly accommodated in their schedule. The crew arrived 45 minutes early to begin work (on a Saturday even) and had the job completed by early afternoon. They cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves and removed all of the debris. Follow up on the actual price versus the two estimates we originally received from the office was done early on the following week. We then picked the payment method that worked best for us. Extremely satisfied with the whole process. Thank you very much.
