Moving is very stressful and creates a lot of different emotions, anxiety and doubts at times. I went thru 4 moving quotes and ended up choosing MAPLE LEAF MOVERS based on their terrific customer service and sales person DAVE who consistently answered all my questions and emails.He went above and beyond and earned trust thru the estimating process and quote even to the end of the move. That made a difference in choosing a company that would work for the customer and answer all their questions and ensure that things would be alright. The 3 quotes were fairly similar in costs, wight and volume and thru the process you learn how companies base their estimates and further costs if incurred for additional items, weight or volume.
The items were all packed and loaded in 1 day in a trailer and would have a 3-4 day delivery window which was promised by the DAVE. Manny and his crew were fast, efficient and did a good job with even the most fragile china, glass cabinets and tables, all dishes etc survived. And the driver Alan and his crew did a great job unloading and assembling furniture...

All in all MAPLE LEAF MOVERS helped alleviate my fears and anxieties ad time got closer to the move, gave me a good quote and explained all the items on the estimated costs, delivery and worked with me on the estimate.

The customer service helped a lot and such it was a quick turnaround from packing to delivery move. Thank you for delivering us safely.

My cousin had recommended to me maple leaf movers , saying that I'll be pleasantly surprised with the results. That's why I decided to hire them to help me move my one bedroom apartment from Mississauga to Brampton in the basement apartment. My cousin was so right! I was thrilled. They are so punctual! Nice, clean, fully equipped truck, with all kind of packing stuff that helps to move anything without any damages. They moves like a ninja - fast and quiet! I didn't even realize when everything was packed and loaded. Most unbelievable was how they could squeeze my sofa into my tiny basement's door without even one scratch. The four gentlemen that came for the move, were on time, courteous, and extremely professional.guys wrapped every thing I had and made sure that fragile items are safe. We had some minor issues with our move by Maple Leaf Movers but Dave(Sales Manager) bend over backwards to make things right. In the end, we were happy and this is all thanks to Dave's customer service.

I heard maple leaf movers through a referral. We called them for a estimate and Dave gave me estimate for 10 hours eventually the job was done half hour prior to estimate time.the boys were very professional . They used blankets and wrapped to protect my belongings

Had sales person come in to provide quote for 8 hours total move. We had agreed for that based on that it will not go beyond 8 hours. The total moving hours took 12.5 hours. We insisted that we only would pay for 8 hours. The sales manager told us too bad. I was very disappointed how the sales person mislead us and the movers used the hourly charge against us. I would never refer this moving company to anyone.

The move was efficient and clean guys wrapped and tapped every single item that i had. They have tools to disassemble every big item that does not fit my doors. Their price was reasonable  and actually lower than any other mover i have tried earlier. Guys were comfortable  even with heavy furniture  and said it is not  A big deal.

Real star of the game is company owner DAVE ,who is extremely  kind and friendly. he makes you feel better about dealing with move and aways check you via email that if you have a concern prior to move and even during the move. Every small buisness owner could learn from  dave that how to treat customers.

Maple leaf movers have upto date technology (they can take payments via credit card). This was easiest move i have ever had

Ended up using this company last min, since I had decided to move on my own (not much stuff) but broke my arm 1 week before I had to vacate my current residence at the time.

They were late to arrive (I lived in an apt so I had to book elevator time), weren't careful with the furniture, although they had moving blankets and wrapping, they never used them.

They actually ended up using my dolly and furniture cart!

When I got to the new house, they refused to carry a desk up to the top floor because they said it wouldn't fit. I actually ended up taking it up with my wife later on and it fit fine. They had actually opened a hole in the desk which I didn't notice at the time. Also broke an almost brand new slow cooker.

Lost of little dents and nicks on almost everything, also dents and nicks on the railing in my new house.

Never even got a receipt!!!!!

Would not recommend unless you're moving junk or non fragile items.

They helped me move from Brampton to Toronto downtown. Very professional and easily beat the price of competitors. Arrived at promised time and completed move in 4 hours. It was relatively small amount of furniture and luggage, but they ensured there wasn't any damage. Happy with overall experience and definitely recommend their services.
