We Haul Moving

We Haul moved my stuff from a storage unit to a downtown Toronto apartment over a hot holiday weekend. Found this company on homestars. Was panicked because my moving date was changed and I had no one booked the day before the move! Andy and Javier worked me into their packed schedule. They arrived just a few minutes late even though this was the last job of the day and traffic was terrible. I didn't have that much stuff, but they still amazed me by how quickly they loaded it into their truck. They took the shortest possible route to the new apartment and, again, unloaded the stuff carefully and quickly. There was a bit of a walk between the unload zone and the elevator, and they did not complain at all. 100% satisfied with the quality of the move.

This was my first time hiring movers (before I'd just rented a u-haul and done it myself). I'm definitely calling these guys again. They quoted a rate of $70/hr with a three hour minimum plus one hour travel time. This is exactly what I was charged--no extra fees. This seems to me a very reasonable rate.

Overall, the crew was very effective, hard-working and professional. They're also friendly and extremely helpful. Two thumbs up!

Andy and his movers arrived on time. It was a tough move - into an old home with tight stairwells - and they were polite, hardworking and respectful of our furniture and space. They couldn't get a king mattress up the stairs. After working late into the evening, they came the next day and executed a difficult haul over a balcony. I highly recommend We-Haul. They work hard and bill honestly.

We hired We-Haul to move from our condo to our new bungalow. Andy was wonderful to deal with. He was very accommodating (I changed the moving date last minute and asked a ton of questions), and professional. He and his team of two other guys (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) got to work immediately. They were about an hour late due to traffic and to compensate, Andy brought on a third man at no extra charge. After loading the condo into the truck they drove to the new house and unloaded, then they went to a different location to pick up our dishwasher, then they went to a THIRD location to pick up items we had stored at our parent's house. We took these poor guys all over the city and they did so with a smile. We hope your one guy got to his Halloween party on time! :) We-Haul is inexpensive and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Moving is never easy, but We_Haul moving company made it less stressful. Movers were slightly late, but they were very friendly, easy going, courteous and great to work with! They took a lot of care and no damage was done during the move. They used floor runners as applicable and are cautious of belongings. As a courtesy they even moved some disposable items that I had wanted to move to the garbage area of the building without hesitation.

Great experience and fast. I had a 2 property move and they took care of it quickly and are very accomodating.

Highly would use again if I had to. Great price for great service and quality.

Andy came with 2 helpers. They moved everything with efficiency and great care. The price was well within the estimate. We will use them again and will recommend them highly.

A huge thank you to Alistair and Jeremy for helping our move to 49 Spadina - the new HomeStars Toronto HQ -go so well! They were right on time and went over and above to move things around to different rooms and set up the tables once we got the furniture in. Thanks We-Haul !

We received quotes from 3 different movers, including We-Haul and two larger moving companies. Both of the larger moving companies estimated our move at $1250+++. They also recommended 3-4 movers to do it in one day. We-Haul gave us a per-hour price and said that they would only use two movers. When we asked about 2 vs 3 movers Andy told us that the third person is inefficient and you don't get the value for them Based on the Homestars reviews we went with Andy and were very satisfied. They completed the job in about 6 hrs total (only moved a few blocks) for about half of the cost of the quotes from the other two compaines. No damage, great to work with, and great price highly recommended!

The guys were on time, really friendly and professional. Handled all our furniture with a great care, especially the fragile IKEA furniture and our large flat TV I was really concerned about. I'd definitely recommend them to all of my friends just as my friends did when recommended it to me.
