Junk Ninja

We needed to have an upright freezer carried up out of our basement and hauled away. Capital Junk Services did a great job; communication was excellent; and the cost was on the low side of a few quotes that I received.

I booked a next-day appointment online one evening this week and received a confirmation email immediately; someone from the office called early the next day to get a bit more detail about what I needed to have done. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the crew was unable to arrive at the scheduled time; again, someone from the office called to explain and to confirm that a slight change in scheduling would work for us.

The two guys who came to haul away my old freezer were just great: friendly and professional; they took great care to not damage walls or floors as they carried the freezer out of the house. I will definitely engage Capital Junk again if we need junk hauled away, and will also recommend them to others.

Some heavy lifting; down a flight of stairs, into truck. It was a small job but they were great!

I had a play structure blow over in the wind and was un-repairable, they came to remove it and forgot a few items they weren't sure about. Emailed them and sent a picture of the missed items. They called back and took care of it the following day.

Very pleased with their professionalism.

I couldn't be happier dealing with Capital Junk. The guys that showed up were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Without a second thought they were kind enough to bring the heavier furniture down from upstairs, something I had no idea how I was going to deal with. I would call capital junk again in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to clear out "junk".

We had a ton of things we needed to get rid of from the backyard to the garage to the basement. Lots of old furniture and scraps from our fence project last summer. Ordering the dumpster bin was super easy. Audrey was very helpful and accommodating! They delivered the bin when they said they would and they picked it up first thing in the morning. Everything was very clear and there were no surprises. Would definitely go with them if I ever need them again in the future.

So I bought a house last month and it had a retro basement that had to go. So I had a little fun with a sledge hammer and ripped down all the walls myself.

Then came the problem...I had 4 rooms of drywall and studs to get out of my house. I called around to a number of different compines both bin rental and junk removal. At first I thought a bin rental was the way to go but after factorwering in all of the costs I decided to go with the full service option. And I'm glad I did the crew at Capital Junk worked there butts off they hauled every last bit up and even smiled at the end

A piano move was scheduled. They arrived on time, but there were issues with professional ability. Initial discussions regarding this with customer service were not to my satisfaction. However, in the end they did come through, which resulted in a better experience for all. This extra work was appreciated.

I located the company online and contacted them to pick up a refrigerator and some other items to 'de-cluter' my garage. I was promptly given a pick-up window the same week and the office staff were very friendly. On pick-up day I was offered an earlier window which was a bonus! The truck arrived and their company brand was well presented. The drivers were friendly and courteous A POS system was offered for payment onsite which was convenient. I was also impressed when they offered to look into donating the refrigerator to a family in need. It was refreshing to receive such great service. 20 out of 20. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for the great work!

I needed a bin and I had a very short window and was at the last minute. They were able to squeeze me in and explained clearly the process. Because of traffic the bin was a little late but they made a point to email me and let me know. They are accountable in true their words more that I can say for many company out there.

I'm in the middle of a home renovation...I made a big big mess drywall studs tile, just about everything you can imagine. The Capital Junk boys came in and loaded it all up in under an hour
