Working with Brent and his crew took the stress out of what had the potential to be a disaster of a job thanks to city regulations and nosy neighbours. The design we were presented was unique and beautiful, and the finished product was exactly what was promised. The new and improved backyard is our favourite place for our family to spend time together and enjoy life!

My husband and I were considering buying a house that was governed by the TRCA, backed onto a ravine. We had a couple of days to make a decision and before putting a bid in we wanted some expert advice on whether we could do what we wanted with the backyard, specifically putting a pool in. I found 3Dpld online and called their info line, on a Sat, and was shocked that someone, the President, returned my call immediately. He understood my need for some immediate information and provided some expertise over the phone. Even better, we were able to get one of his architects to come to the property on Sun and provide us with a quick assessment. The response rate was phenomenal and the expertise invaluable in helping us in our pre-purchase decision.

You can expect a high degree of professionalism dealing with 3D Pool and Landscape Design. I would say that the main benefit they provide to a landscaping project is the strong emphasis on design. We spent a couple of weeks back and forth with Brent working on ideas developed on a 3D design and by the time we landed on an agreement, we both knew how our backyard would look like. Brent has a knack for aesthetics, knows the materials he works with, and can translate that knowledge into a balanced design. The project had certain paperwork and project management complexity that Brent and Kyla managed very efficiently. The final result is great and very close to what we envisioned in our first discussions.

I have been meaning to send you this email for some time, but always seem to get caught up with other things. I wanted to let you know how much we have been enjoying the pool this summer. It has been terrific. We have been in it almost every day. Every night after dinner Lauren asks if we can go “simming”. Not sure how I am going to deal with this once it is closed for the season, but we will deal with that when it comes. We live in Waterloo and had just purchased a house with an existing pool and cabana but were no happy with the over all layout. We looked at many landscaping companies in our area but no one quite met the criteria that we were looking for. I wanted a great design but had very little time, so ultimately I put it off for years. When I contacted 3D I explained to them that I had very little time and was wondering what my options were. Right away they explained that they could complete my design without having to physically meet, so I took the option. It worked out great. I wanted the full deal. I wanted all the upgrades and trinkets. I wanted to know that I was getting the best for my money. With the plan in hand and construction started I then knew exactly why the 3D plan was so important. My wife and I were given a chance to see our design come to life. Brent and his team gave our front, back and side yards a complete facelift! We added rock features, fountains, repaired the pool and added a spa and sauna - LUXURIOUS... The front of the house received new interlock drive and stone walkways, gardens and lighting. It's like coming home to a new house now, I can't believe the difference!
