Can I give The Roofers 20/10 stars for honesty, workmanship, management, and tidiness? Ash answered all of our many questions. He informed us that we could get another year out of our roof. However, we had lost shingles in the spring windstorm and, although they had been patched, we wanted the roof re-shingled this year. His sample contract even had his Company's specific insurance coverage attached, as well as the Company's specific Workman's Comp coverage for their workers attached. They came at 7 a.m. with a team of 7 great workers. They laid tarps around the whole house, all workers were harnessed properly, they did the job beautifully, swept our lawn and the neighbours' adjoining areas for nails, and left us by 4:30 with a perfect yard... and a perfect roof. The company supplied their workers with cases of water, and the team took proper breaks and a lunchtime to cool down. The crew was great. I'm sure they really like working for The Roofers. Uncle Oshon looked out for every detail. Ash came back the next day to show us the drone shots of the whole new roof. I highly, highly, recommend The Roofers!

The entire process from start to finish was top notch all the way. Ash and Sean were friendly, helpful and professional in their explanation of the scope of work to be done. Constant communications and quick replies to emails meant always being in the loop. The work crew came on the day specified, on schedule and worked efficiently and professionally like a well oiled machine. They left the site spotless cleaning up after themselves and covering our plants and bushes to protect them. Am glad I chose The Roofers as it has been a pleasant, and worry free experience from start to finish. I can highly recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the professional manner in which The Roofers conducts business. From our initial meeting to obtain a quote, followed by several calls to clarify their process and timing, the type of shingles being used and the warranty, Ash was consistently professional, responsive and thorough! Ash provided us with a realistic time frame for the work to be done and the work was completed in one day by a very efficient and attentive crew. The Roofers utilizes a drone to capture pictures of the roof, before and after; as well as pictures of the progress of the work on the actual day. Everything is transparent to the homeowner, instilling a great deal of confidence and trust! The Roofers is a very trustworthy, customer service oriented, family run company (very rare these days!!) I just had my roof and eavestroughs replaced. I received quotes from 4 companies and ended up using the Roofers.ca. I didnt pick them because of price, the werent the cheapest. I chose them because they made me feel comfortable with the company. Ash came to inspect my roof, which was done using a drone, even going close up to look for problems, then did a walk around to look for many areas that would be a cause for concern. They only concern was the steep pitch of the roof. He assured my that it wouldnt be a problem. When it came to doing the work, they showed up on time and worked the entire day. Their crew is like a machine: they dont stop. They know what they are doing. They even have a man constantly going around the house cleaning up the debris that falls to the ground. Uncle, the foreman was very obliging. If I saw something that was a concern, he would explain why it wasnt an issue. If it was, he would have one of the crew take care of it. Overall, all of them were very friendly. Shaun, the owner, even offered to come by and do a walk-around with me to see if there was anything that was a concern, which we did the day after completion. He spotted something that need correcting that I didnt even notice. He couldve ignored it, but he didnt. He pointed it out to me and said the would send a truck to take care of it. Two days later, Uncle shows up with a helper to correct the problem. It was Uncle, the foreman, that went up on the roof. He couldve sent the helper up, but he wanted to correct the issue himself, to make sure it was done properly. Thats dedication. Then came Allan and the aluminum crew. This man is a perfectionist. I couldnt believe how much time and attention he paid to putting up the new eavestroughs and how much time he spent on doing the corners. They were perfect. Im glad I chose The Roofers.ca to do my roof. They were very thorough, very clean and very professional in all respects. This company in not a fly-by-night operation. They are going to be here a long time. If you are considering a new roof or eavestroughs, I strongly suggest that you use The Roofers.ca. Cheaper is not always better, as I have just seen.

I had a roof that was 10 years old and the singles were blowing off during wind storms. After a lot of research I found GAF Timberline HDZ singles and found The Roofers. Ash was great in answering my questions every time I called him regarding roofing selection. Ash explained the warranty information and provided the product samples that they had intended to use for the roof Warranty type I was looking for. Work was scheduled on time as indicated by Ash. The work crew was great and polite and took great care during the roof replacement of my property and the adjacent houses and did a good cleanup after work was complete. The crew lead appeared to be experience and answered questions during the work. The Warranty was filed on time by The Roofers and received Warranty documentation from GAF timely. The Roofers did a great work on the roof and I am confident that the roof will perform as intended. Thank you.

Replacing a roof is a stressful process but I have had nothing but peace of mind from the moment I hired The Roofers, during the installation of the new roof and after the completion of the job. The Roofers team were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly trustworthy. I collected 5 estimates from 4 different contractors and was most impressed with The Roofers. Ash, the sales rep, patiently came out to my house 2x's with different shingle samples to help me decide on a color and this was before I made a decision to hire any contractors. All my emails, texts and phone calls were returned in a timely fashion and all my questions were answered in full. My new roof looks fantastic. I have a registered detailed warranty in writing and do not have to worry about shingles or roof vents blowing off during a wind storm. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

We hired The Roofers based on a recommendation from a neighour and my wife and I are happy with the decision. The job was done in a professional manner, the price was not the cheapest, but we understood we were getting a premium product and installation.

I am so impressed with The Roofers from the salesman, Ash, the scheduler, Sean, and the foreman and his team of professional roofers. The new roof was installed on the house and gazebo on a very hot day in record time. The property was left spotless of nails and debris. The whole team was respectful, polite, and very pleasant.
